For those against Barney development, remember that the series tells the story of how Ted meets his wife plus the development of the characters through the years. Marshall and Lily grow up from a silly couple to a family for example, and also Barney, Robin and Ted have to grow up. That's the whole point of the series, growing up as a person with your friends and a lot of comedy.

these writers have made some pretty epic endings to episodes this year. First, having victoria make ted realize he may still have feelings for robin, then robin and barney hooking up in the taxi, then having robin break barneys heart after choosing kevin, then finding out robins pregannt, and NOW finding out that robins "kids" were just her imagination becuz she cant have kids. so epic

Robin was not pregnant and the script really cut the chance for Robin to be pregnant (this is really disappointing) I really want to see a boyish girl handle a pregnancies and watch her father reaction through this matter. And no, you won't see robin getting pregnant ever - there is already an actress scheduled (can't think of the name straight away) but in the series she's called Quinn. She will be Barney's new girlfriend. Ofcourse you want a happy ending in your OWN life, but when I watch series or a movie its actually interesting to see stories twisting instead of being straight forward.
