  • You're body shouldn't be making such a forceful wave motion. To properly kick you should just press your "T" across the chest, and down the chest. you're delibrate s shape isn't effective. It should come slightly from your waist. and more of a whipping motion.

    Also the open knees are ineffective. keep em closed!
