Yes MK but HK is safe too. I did some calculs and and i think cody take something like 30 frames to quickstand after he hit the ground.
Compare that to the recovery of hazanshu when chun li hit the ground (20 frames) and you will see your safe window is "large".
You just need to do time well. Don't worry if you do the move too early and miss the bad spray because it's safe too loool !!! (25 frames startup)
