Guys, don't take this so seriously. I used to watch Bob Ross every day on tv when I was a kid. The actor who is portraying him is just doing what, let's face it, a good portion of us wanted to see on that show. He does a lot of impersonations. He doesn't do it to be offensive but for humor to be able to laugh at. I personally found it hilarious. Thanks Robio007 you are just amazing!

FIrst, he probably used too much for illustrative purposes, making which paint he was using obvious. Second, he probably had to use student grade for budget reasons. Third, he paints alla prima which lends itself to impasto techniques. Nothing more annoying than someone with no artistic talent trying to act like they do.
