@creamsicle6767 Yeah, it works every time. I bought mine in New York on the street, but you can buy the exact same thing on eBay I have purchased an unlocked phone from there before.

The calling quality is good, but sometimes I don't receive texts, I would have to turn off and turn it back on to get them, but I haven't had that problem in awhile.

If it is already completely unlocked, you should be able to just pop it in without problems.

I have heard some instances where when the battery it taken out that you have to unlock it again,l but that is rare.

Probably Amazon, but If your looking for something more specific and more detail and pictures eBay is still really great.

It's just sometime, people aren't honest on eBay.

No, you buy it without contract.

An if its unlocked it can be used with all GSM carriers, T-Mobile, AT&T, etc.

So just stick your SIM card into the Sidekick and BOOM it works.

Everything still works, except the screen doesn't swivel at all, I have to push it halfway before the action catches on.

Also, the back doesn't stay on unless I put a piece on duck tape on it. That's because I dropped it. lol
