The rider’s weight has no relevant bearing on a bike getting its front wheel up on a (initially) slow speed wheelie. Now a wheelie on a Scream’n Eagle Street Glide in 5th or 6th…IDK. But in 1st gear…it's all about the torque, rpms, clutch and throttle control.

Also notice that he shifted to second gear at the balance point.
