They say Stern always fixes games so the big Market teams win if so why did the Mavericks and Heat go to the Finals in 2006? And why did the Cavs in 07 made it to the Finals instead of the Pistons? Every one knows a Pistons vs Spurs Finals rematch would of ben a 7 games series with more views and money but nope that didn't happend. But yet the NBA is fixed?

Also people saying Pistons get screwed and Lakers always win because of stern if so again why did Pistons win in 04 agains the Lakers?

So it makes perfect sense to have them win over Detroit. An older team that very quickly became irrelevant.

I don't get why everyone aways says that the NBA is fixed and there excuses are stern and they say "Stern is a Knicks fan and he fixed the 85 draft" If he is a Knicks fan and could control everything why haven't the Knicks made the playoffs in over 10 years?

Then they also say Stern is a Lakers fan and Lakers are not really the 2002 Champions and that Lakers always win because there a huge market team which means more money for stern. But why did they lose in 04, and in 08 then?

Especially when it happens in the 4th quarter, remember Game 6 of 2002? That championship for the Lakers don't count in my book. Playoff series are being are manipulated for the sole purpose of "FAVORITISM"! You think if say the Hornets won it this year David Stern would be happy? The Heat winning it would make him happy. Well had the Kings made more of these free throws, the refs merely would've had to devise more phantom calls. And game 7 stats are irrelevent. There was no game 7 in a fair world. Dunno about the draft and all, but the game 6 was definitely fixed.. Corruption and greed robbed the Kings and rewarded the Fakers.. Oh, and the Kings didn't shoot 100% in game 6. Maybe it's their fault they lost....

Still doesn't change the fact that regardless how either team played in the surrounding games, had the refs not thrown game 6, the Kings would've taken the game and the series, and likely the title.
