Probably because 'Licorice' doesn't translate very well. :)

It's like Sakura Taisen 5's 'Rikaritta' to 'Rosarita'. She's supposed to be Mexican, but Mexicans just do NOT name their kids 'Rikaritta', don't you agree?

@n4rut089 that last part was funny, here is what i think happen, she wants to be the same as edy and he thinks her sing will be just as bad, so i think think she would start practicing singing while breaks from the war, unlike Welkin, he seems to be the opposite of him, attitude wise.

Edy: I feel like I should give you something...oh, how about a song?

Licorice: Wah...really, Sister?

Edy: Of course! If it's for my beloved sister. Well, here we go...

Final part has Licorice wanting to become just like her sister (voice included apparently), so Avan says something like...

Avan: No! Listen, Licorice. I don't care if you want to be like your sister...BUT THE VOICE...THE VOICE...!!

Thats what i think he said based on what it sounded like.

He cuts at just 'THE VOICE', ("Uta dake wa...UTA DAKE WA...!!!") but it's implied that he doesn't want her to imitate the voice. After all, Licorice's voice is better than her sister's. :D

Ironic in that Licorice wants to be an idol and can sing good, but dances horribly (her legs aren't very good), while her sister also wants to be an idol, can dance good but can't sing worth a dime (tone-deaf).

In fact, half the G Group cast are actually doubling for others. For example, tank driver/mechanic Lavinia also doubles as soft-spoken, shy Magari.

You'd be surprised as to the extent of doubling.
