Drilling off-shore isn't a well planned strategy. We wouldn't see any of that oil for around 10 years at the most, I think I heard 3 at the least. But either way, we need something else other than oil. Off-shore drilling is really nothing more than a stop-gap strategy to keep politicians and oil companies making money off each other. We need a new form of energy other than fossil fuels.
