This series is very cool -- the only thing that could've made it better is to have hired the veteran vampire -- british actor, CHRISTOPHER LEE as Barnabas Collins... and of course, sneak his legendary co-star partner, PETER CUSHING in here somewhere... maybe in Roy Tinnes' (Roger) place. So glad to see DAN CURTIS was still at the helm of this feature - good stuff here and I loved it as a kid.

It ran on NBC...but this show's gore was lurking in the R-rating-level and Maggie nipples were VERY prominant in that wet undershirt.

Nice production values, too.

15:30 - OK. So the west wing is no longer used. (And consequently not subject to property taxes.) But don't the tax laws at least allow for Mrs. Johnson occasionally brushing the cob webs off of one side of that door? Even in the lower budget original series, that hit it with a feather duster from time to time.

OK duzzellV, I will respond ! This was a great a TV Series, it is a shame it happened to begin shortly before the Gulf War... I think it had very good ratings, and Ben Cross played Barnabas very well ~~~~ ☺
