nice technique, but make sure you take care of the dynamic range changes, F is different than FF and pp is certainly different than F, they are all different and you are playing them pretty much the same. It helps to move to the edge of the drum as you play softer, and to the center of the drum as you play stronger.
thanks, but moving to different areas of the head (depending on what type of head/drum is being used also), will not give you distinct adjustments in dynamics but all together change the timbre.
adjusting stick heights and technique will establish dynamics before sacrificing timbre.

On the third line, just make sure that the 16ths stay the same tempo. When you add more flams it slows down.
