I have had the same problem. I fix it. The problem is on the flat cable connecting the intermediate board running along the LCD panel and the LCD panel itself. You can solder it by using one hot air solder at 180 °C for few second to soften the glue used under the connection and by pushing the cable all along its length. I hope it works for you as well. I know a fix , just shut down the Tv , Open a Window , and what 30 min and tada :D
and yes its realy works ;)
