@coopiero1 No but, governments aren't as innocent as people make them out to be. Before Aids we never imagined something like it, but then a man made disease came and yearly many die from it.

It's foolish to think, Aids is accidently made it's made to decrease the population because it's getting crowded. Ali as a black muslim, talked to fricking much! He could have died like Malcolm X, MLK or J.F.K but he got a more slower painful death. Don't underestimate the human brain, people are capable.

@bangitslo yeah those signs started to show in 1978 during the Spinks fights interviews, the Shavers fight before Spinks might have been the fight that effected him alot and caused alot of damage. I thought if he didn't come back to fight Holmes and Berbick maybe he wouldn't be as effected today. Maybe would only have slurred speech but not as bad as the syndrome...

@vladiator100 Vladiator so many are at fault for Ali condition..They knew in his later life when he fought spinks n Holmes, that he was a punch a way from possibly death and not a soul including Don King, the commission and even Angelo Dundee did nothing to stop this man from fighting.At the end it was money over humanity..Meldrick Taylor maybe worse then Ali and it was one fight that did him in bad, Chavez..It was not the Holmes or Spinks fight, the Frazier fights were the icing to the cake

He knew leaning against the ropes would mean the elasticity of the ropes would absorb a lot more of the punches than if he was not leaning against ropes.. the rope a dope is a brilliant strategy.. A): you look tired and doing bad B): the punches of the opponent get more absorbed C): you can relax and preserve energy and in the combination with the trashtalking the opponent, in this case, Foreman would punch himself out.. So brilliantly taught off.

@MsTheexecutioner I loved the fact that he was so confident and proud. He was flamboyant and charismatic, and even if he could not beat every boxer he encountered, he is the greatest boxer of all times. When he left boxing, the sport died. Tyson was oke, but he was no Ali. Now you have fat overweight so called champions, ducking the best contenders, half of the time leaning on each other and they are so out of shape. Ali never ducked anybody. Boxing truly died when Ali left..It's sad.
