@ROsCoALwAys I have to agree that the camera work makes this video a mess. The poster spent a great amount of time getting this together, and totally botched the presentation by not having a tripod and then editing this mess down. The camera would, and is trying to focus, but it is moving around like a 3 year old on a sugar high.

on linux if you write dmesg > /dev/devicename

the output of dmesg will redirect to the device.

Can you explain what you did? I don't get it. Why dmesg and how come a picture suddenly appeared and everything. I want to redirect console output (and perhaps input) to a serial port or something, do you happen to know how that could be done? Thanks in advance.
