It says in the instructions to take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 in the afternoon (5 hours before going to bed). i was taking one in the morning.. another in the afternoon... unable to get sleep at night. so i am taking one in the morning.. and thats it. its toooo powerful. makes me work out already double or triple times more energy.. i just can't believe its so powerful.
