You are pretty good considering how young you look. Just work on timing. the timing was off. And don't play the snare louder than you're supposed to. You need to experiment with getting proper dynamics. I play marching snare mostly so I can't critique you alot but yeah. Mostly timing man. Tempo.

On a playing level, it wasn't bad. It just sounded way too generic. If you were trying to choke that crash with your stick then use your hand instead, if not then don't leave your stick against the cymbal rim, it sounds awful. And tighten your snare a little, and perhaps tune the batter on the bass so it 'cuts through slightly more'. And keep one hand one low when you're playing flams...
