That Texas vs. USC national championship in, I want to say 2005 or 2006, Vince Young pitched the ball back to a teammate for a touchdown in the first half, but the guys on the TV replayed it and shows that his knee was down, but they didn't review it. Bad calls are a part of the game, and you honestly can't blame the ref's because it's a near impossible job, one way or the other, right call or wrong call, someone is going to hate you.

The Referee on the home side on the goal line called the play down, not the head official. The referee on the visitors side called the play a touchdown. The referees conferred and the one who said his knee was down was determined to have the better angle. If the knee was on top of anything is was the tacklers hand. Not exactly something that can bee seen in live.
If you listen really closely you can hear some music in the background from 1:05 to 1:12. the Tarheel Sports Network still uses this as bumper music. I've got a copy in case anybody cares.
