I contacted the poster and he reminded me that this is from a Thai movie called "Sars Wars: Bangkok Zombie Crisis". It's a goofy spoof of just about every genre you can think of. Not as awesome as stuff like "Shaun of the Dead", but worth a rent (if you can find it).
