I think you need to update the more info section. The new administration has not only upheld the violations of the former Bush regime, but it has come forth with support for many new draconian bills that are clear violations of the Constitution. If you think the 4th was in danger under Bush, you need to address the President's "Preventative Detention" policy he is touting as legitimate.
I think most cities already have reasonable firearms restriction like not legal to fire within the city limits of most towns unless it is in defense of life or property. Finally, I'm not the only one!! Sigma's point that 4 out of 9 of the highest judges in the Nation ruled against the second ammendment of the Bill of Rights. How is that possible? These are the people chosen for life to see that the laws of the land are constitutional and consistant with American principles. What would happen if there would have been 5 liberals and only 4 with morals? A different ruling in this case would have eventually led to the elimination to what little freedom we have.

I think you need to update the more info section. The new administration has not only upheld the violations of the former Bush regime, but it has come forth with support for many new draconian bills that are clear violations of the Constitution. If you think the 4th was in danger under Bush, you need to address the President's "Preventative Detention" policy he is touting as legitimate.

I think most cities already have reasonable firearms restriction like not legal to fire within the city limits of most towns unless it is in defense of life or property. Also we all know what sort of restrictions are proposed by the Socialist Democrat party. They will banty this issue around as long as possible and when the dust is settled we will be rewarded with a lesser restriction than was originally proposed. Call it for what it is "Communism", "Socialism", "Stalinism", the end of USA.

LOL thats where you are wrong. When they say you need a CWL LICENSE or PERMIT and i put those in caps to emphasize it, you don't have a right. Your right has been turned into a privilege. Now I am not anti-gun, I own several handguns and an AR15. I just want to point that out about the right being turned into a privilege. The ATF has to go. Obama is not trying to unilaterally ban guns. I am a gun owner and enthusiast. I wish you people would understand that this country has myriad communities with specific and discreet needs. Just because you are accustomed to a certain culture regarding guns does not mean that culture applies in Chicago, DC, LA, or NY, NY. There will be NO federal bans. Within minutes of being inaugurated, Obama posted his intention of reinstating the Clinton ban. Obama had this posted under the "urban policy" tab on the White House home page. He has since removed it to avoid falling poll numbers because of the overwhelming support for our Second Amendment.
