Also, one of the best and THE busiest train spotting sights is Warren (outside Mojave) California. I have video of 3 freights at once on TWO tracks. No lame Amtracs, there. Nice video, but the sound(s) of trains is music enough.

i beleive it is rated in tonnage, and than it is measured by how much a locomotive can pull, than they put on how many locomotives are needed
