What im guessing is most of the people who are offended by this joke, or think its in bad taste, is more than likely American, (Americans without a wide understanding of humor) I notice a lot of American does not understand our English humor, its very dry and sarcastic, where as American comedy is, i would say up beat, slapstick style, people need to understand the difference between comedy, and opinions/beliefs.

@bensimps123 i totally agree with you. i watch A LOT of Ricky's various shows and interviews and appearances on shows on youtube. I have noticed that he has an incessant habit of repeating jokes, although that doesn't take anything away from the fact that he is the best comedian ever.
