i just picked up one of those at good will new in the package for 5 dollars. I loved blimps since i was little since i lived down the street from the good year blimp, one of them at least, for years. never thought they would ever be remote controlled. now excited to get it gassed up without looking like a dork.

@myshihtzudontstink That's all part of the fun! Haven't have mine filled in a few years. Before it was put away, though, I was using helium from one of those party balloon kits they sell at walmart, etc. More expensive that way. Enjoy!

i got one to, just yesterday it was a really cool 1, but, when i was putting more helium into it..BANG!!!!! the whole thing exploded right in my face :'( now i bought another balloon cuz i still have the engins and stuff...

This came from Target or Kohl's during fathers day. I've seen them a lot on ebay too. Just do a search on "rc blimp". There are a few different versions. Mine is called "Protocol".

Not bad at all. The blimp comes with a big bag to transport the balloon in.  It does take up a lot of space in the back seat, and I actually almost lost it when I rolled my windows down (almost got sucked out!). This one came from Target and was in one of the aisle endcaps with some other gadgets. We eventually bought a tank of helium at target also so we could fill it ourselves (think it was $21 bucks). It was part of a do-it-yourself balloon kit in the card section.
