  • What equipment did you use? and did you use push up stands to help with your push ups?

  • @LegitDouchebag p90x pullup bar, tony's "power stands" to help w/ the pushups. also used bowflex 552 selecttech dumbbells. let me know if i can help you

  • great job and congrats man, right now im doing P90, will try P90x after. I still hope I can get some results from P90 though, as I'm pretty out of shape.

  • @boboDaKilla thanx! p90x is the bomb. if you don't have a coach already you can email thru here & i can help you. keep it up!

  • totally wooow! man!!! what program is it?? woooow

  • @Baraquiel62 p90x created by tony horton. go to beachbodycoach d o t c o m / jeffwald for more info.

  • delicious! Keep up the great work!!

  • nice reverby drums!

  • real good

  • u look like that after 90 days>!>!>!>!>!

  • those drums are killer!!!

  • its not the same person

  • haha, that's funny b/c i'm pretty sure that was me in the same spot of my living room in both sets of pix... maybe i'm wrong though :)

  • These transformation photos, are they during the first time you did it or several times of doing P90x?

  • these are the first round of p90x. i have another vid on here w a few of these & others all the way thru almost 2 years of p90x & modified versions of it

  • All good but the drums suck!

  • the vids great man. some of the best reslts i've seen.

@blueborne. funny how all the people who post asshole comments never have any videos upoaded haha

  • thanx jason, i appreciate it.

i don't remeber jason scheff, lead singer & bass player of chicago saying that the drums sucked when we did a gig in nov 2009... hmmmm

  • nice results

i have a doubt did you did your cardio exercises (cardio x etc) on an empty stomach in the morning? if not what should i eat in the morning...and wheni eat how many hours do i have to wait until i can do execise?

  • Thanx. i don't remember what i did back then but what i do NOW is just half a banana b4 any workout. i'm doing them all first thing in the am now & whether its cardio or resistance, its the same. that elminates the waiting after you eat to w/o problem. afterwards i have the p90x recovery formula.

  • wow man, amazing results. i want to start on monday, got the program today.

i wanted to as you some questions.

    1) does the first 30 days really make you lose fat and gain muscle at the same time?

    2) is p90x good for mass gain?

    3) if it isnt good for mass gains, is there a chance that it might drop my chest measurement or size? i barely have fat, im muscular by the way.

    thanks man keep it up.

  • thanx!

1 - it does both but depending on how much you have to lose will determine how much difference you'll see

2 - you can use it for mass gain - just lift heavier to where you max out in the 4-6 rep range. tony says 8-10 on the dvd's for size, but 4-6 is for MORE size. :)

    3. i think you'll be good. sometimes i'll wear a weighted vest for pushups/pullups for more resistance

  • @ 7chrys I think it goes like this

    1st month=fat loss

    2nd month=muscle gain

    3rd month=muscle tone

  • awesome results man! this will sound like a dumb question but when you say round 1, 2, 3, etc. is round one like the first 90 days, round 2 180 days, and so-on? If this is your first round of pics very impressive! I'm no where near that!

  • yep, that's it - a "round" = 90 days. and yes, that's my first round. can't believe that's been 2 years now. i'm in round 6 now, incorporating other beachbody programs to it. great stuff

  • What materials did you invest in when FIRST starting P90X like suppliments,weights...Could you give me a little list if you dont mind. I will be starting in a week or so. Thanks a lot. Amazing results Keep up the good work!

  • thanx! first things i got were the pull up bar & the bowflex select tech dumbbells. i also got a yoga mat, heart rate monitor & push up stands. i have stuck w/ their activit vitamins & am happy w/ them.

  • fantastic results, i hope your still bringing it!

  • yeah, just finished month #1 of round 6! i'm replacing the cardio w/o's in P90X w INSANITY w/o's. and i just finished INSANITY in september.

  • wow watching all these vids make me so excited that i just ordered the p90x, its suppose to come in 5-7 bussiness days! i cant wait to get started !:D and you got amazing results! cant wait to c my results!

  • Nice drumming, and results!

  • my nipples look like they're kinda pointing down [embrassed]. does working on the pecs make them seem less sagg like O_O? or is it the result of the place where my nipples are and i can't do anything about it ?

  • wow...lookin good. nice back

  • I am 15 days away from finishing my first round of P90X and have seen the commercials for Insanity and it really looks out of control!

Do you think I should do Insanity next or another round of P90X?

    Coach Shaun :D

    highaltitudep90x.blogspot (dot com)

  • if you're feeling good & don't struggle thru plyometerics, then i'd say go for it! however, if you're still having a hard time w/ it & other w/o's, you may wanna go thru another round of the x to get your fitness to the level where you're ready for it. seriously - it makes plyo look like a warm up

  • you are defenetly an inspiration...

did you follow the diet plan?

  • thanx!

yep - i was very hard core about the diet. still am. out of the plans that come w/ p90x, i did (& still do) the portion plan. i generally shoot for the 40/40/20 (protein/carb/fat) ratios

  • Wow, ur a total inspiration!

  • thanx!!

  • nice man im in my 3rd week I only have 1 offday to eat whatever i want and drink beer. Other then that I stick to eating beans lol Did you have any offdays? or am I screwing myself by taking it?

  • 1 "cheat" day is ok, aslong as u have balanced meals, but its not bad for yo uat all

  • i didn't do off DAYS... but i'd have the occasional cheat meal. depends on how much wgt you have to lose. if its not much, you can get away w/ it more. but after awhile (2 yrs now), you dn't really care or think about it. when an opportunity comes up, i know my metabolism is up high enough to burn whatever i may have indulged in. keep going!

  • 90 days is gonna go by people-may as well be in shape when it does. what difference does it make how long it takes?

  • rock on! i'm doing "insanity" now - 60 day program & have 3 weeks left... 60 days was gonna pass regardless!

  • What day were you on for those final pictures?

  • that was day 120. 90 was good & i'd dropped my weight from 195 - 173, but the day 120 pix were better. either way, p90x is the real deal.

  • Are you or were you the drummer for the vandells?

  • wow dude very impressed with your results. and finally!!! someone who actually knows how to properly flex the back muscles! good job!

  • thanx, i appreciate it!

  • Nice Job! I just bought P90x after checking out several video posts

  • how's your p90x journey going now? keep bringing it!

  • Great results man! I just started p90x two days ago. Just finished plyo a couple mins ago. I couldn't even make it all the way through and I consider myself fairly athletic. After the first two days I can definitely see how this program works, but I just find it hard getting that motivation every day. How did you get motivated for this??

  • thanx! i just posted a new video last night, check it out b/c these pix are almost 18 mos old now. (the latest ones)

afa motivation - the b4 pix is at age 39 & a half... i new 40 was right around the corner. that was it!! didn't wanna look like that. there's a pic of me on my 40th bday curling 40's in the 2nd video i just posted. i think i did it.

plyo is a bear, but if you have a fitness basis like you sd, you'll do fine & love your 90 day resutls.

  • GOOD GOOD WORK...!!!AWESOME

  • thanx!

  • yah i dont' see great results from anyone. I just see what you normally seen anyone that diets for 3 months. ify our a hard gainer take weight gainer and get fat that gives room for muscle ot grow then drop the weight and get leaned out. That will show the muscle. I actually put on 50 pounds of muscle from the bow flex along with taking weight gainer and kept my body fat down to around the 15 percent range people thought i was on roids.

  • its not diet for 3 mos, its working your butt off too which boosts the metabolism & builds muscle, which burns fat. my bf is 9% now. i need to post a new video that shows almost after 2 years b/c i look skinny in this to me now.

  • Hey great work! really nice results! I just finished phase one of round 2 (120 days) and loving it. check out my transformation video if you get a chance. Keep pushing play my friend and good luck!

    BTW, nice drumming!

  • thanx to all of what you sd! kpp, its worth it! done 5 rounds now & am at 9% bf.

  • you look great Jeff! I am about to finish my first week on P90X. seems promising.

  • it is, just stick w/ it, follow it to a 't' & you'll be excited when day 90 rolls around!

  • I have a question. Is P90x used to lose weight and TONE the body or is It used to GAIN weight and muscle?

  • well first thing's first- you MUST stick to the diet plan AND dedicate every day to working out with the dvd's. now. the diet plan is designed to fulfill what your body needs to workout this hard, and to make sur eyour body is up to peek nutrition. however people trying to lose weight may find it necessary to alter the diet plan slightly to lessen the caloric intake.

no real answer, it depends on your status. fat people will lose weight. skinny people will gain weight

  • I just got p90x, and I'm a "hard gainer" I'm 155, already lean as hell, I don't need to lose weight, i need to add it. Should I follow the nutrition plan as well? or can I add meals/supplements, etc?

  • I have P90x, and I am not sure its much of a "bulking" type workout as get lean and drop BF% very low. I struggle sometimes getting over 1300 calories in their nutrition plan, so I guess just eat their stuff, and drink a few extra protein shakes or bars throughout the day.

  • Really, its both. BUT you can train your muscles using some guidelines that they provide you with to be more of a slim, lean built instead of masses of bulk- it's all in the books they give you.

Also, since the diet plan CAN be high calorie, some people can alter the plan to a low-calorie diet. (It's that simple!)

Otherwise, the work-outs vary from every single type of muscle and organ used to make your body a healthier, leaner figure.

    Hope I helped.

  • for weight loss and muscle gain

  • i did it for both like everyone's mentioned. first was weight loss. i was 195 in the first pix & 173 in the end. i just finished my 5th round of p90x and now am around 179 but my pants are still the same size. :) i went for 4-6 reps on the resistance w/o's w/ good form to build more muscle mass.

  • Great Job. Still trying to justify getting the program. Just don't want to spend a bunch of money on something if it doesn't work. I'll have to give it a try. Great drumming also by the way. I play too.

  • Almost any program that has you working out almost every day for three months will get you results, bud

  • thanx for the comps! that's exactly how i was - i checked it out for a month b4 i dove in & did it. but its been close to 2 years now & i have no regrets. i'm 41, single & the women reaction has been... very nice. :) especially @ gigs! so you'll relate to that! if you like what you see, go to my address in my info section & sign up so i'm your coach. then we can talk more if you have questions.

  • sick body man... no homo...congrats

  • ha, thanx dude!

  • Comment removed

  • Is this after one round?

  • yep, that is after 1 round. i just finished round 5 & need to see about doing another video just to update.

  • BEAST!

  • amazing transform, bro. keep at it!

  • I'm curious...why are you on round 5, but haven't moved on to the Doubles? Or are you doing the Doubles? I'm in the middle of round 1 right now...

  • great question! i did a shorter version of doubles in my first round, called HIIT. (hi intensity interval training) which is a 22 min cardio w/o. i did it early in the am. it really helped me kick start the weight loss. the reason i don't do any of it now, in fact, do less cardio, is bc i'm actually trying to gain wgt now. currently i'm up to 177 w/ 29" jeans. i wanna hit 180. the xtra cardio will prevent that. hope that helps!

  • Dude you're a beast! Great Results

  • thanx man!

  • BRING IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • you too! ;)

  • You look RIPPPPPPED!!!! Good job

  • thanx alot, it keeps getting better the longer i do it.

  • I have it coming in the mail and was wondering how much cash will I have to drop a month for supplements on the nutrition plan?

  • hey, the main thing i use is the activit vits which retail for 24.95 for 30 day supply. i'm also using the new shakeology meal replacement which is amazing. ask your coach, or if you don't have one, email me.

  • getting my gear together. How much weight are you using? Looking at 50lb adjustable dumbbells. Damn things are expensive and I don't want to outgrow the weight in a few months. Thanks

  • hey, thought i replied back to you, sorry!

i'm now goign for 4-6 reps on the arm exercises, so yeah, i'm using 45-50lb. its tough, but is helping me gain more muscle. i use the bowflex 552 ones & have for 18 mos now.

  • p90x is the real deal. It works because it's an intense hour to 1.5 hours a day of workouts touching every muscle group. I have several days remaining and I'll try to keep going. It's not fun but the results are great. I've never heard from my assigned "coach" that I've emailed a few times. I don't care for their marketing methods that promise more then delivered but it works.

  • hey, glad you're bringing it hard! you're right, its not fun, but you feel so much better afterwards. if you need help/have questions, email me. later!

  • yea my friend i worked with was doing p90x he weighed 238 a year and a half ago and he is down to 190 now of pure muscle. Hes crazy into working out now taking supplements and alot of shit but hes benching 320 now.

  • thanks man i think i am going to start this very soon, appreciate it.

  • hey guys i am about to start p90x is this really work?

  • yes trust me, there is no possible way in hell that u wont get extreme results if u do it, why do u think its HUGEEE right now

  • its the top selling infomercial - period

  • Great vid buddy - I just got P90X and I'm pretty much at the same starting point as you. Anticipating being down the shore a lot this summer.

  • Hey Can I also get the spread sheet

  • Okay i jus got my P90X today but i got it cheap which meant it came without the books. So theres twelve cds how does that go 90 days do u jus do all twelve and whens thats over jus start over?

  • yeah, sometimes you get what you pay for. :) shoot me a msg here & i can email you a spreadsheet for how the workouts work in order.

  • i just started p90x n can barley keep up with the first days by plyometrics i was dying n couldnt finish it would u recommend i keep going or just start all over again??? and also i struggle with pullups what would be the best way for me to get accustomed witht hem

  • Plyo kicked my butt, too. Do as much as you can without hurting yourself. WHen doing pull ups, use a chair. The further out it is from under you, the harder the pull up will be. Keep going! Maintain your nutrition! Nutrition is key!

Pay attention to the weights you are lifting. If it's lean muscle you're after, lower the weight and do more reps.

If it's bulk, then adjust the weights so you max out around 8-10 reps.

    BRING IT!!!!!!

  • yeah, plyo is tough!! just do what you can, or as tony says, "do your best & forget the rest". just set your self a goal to be able to do maybe the first half.

do you have a pull up bar? shoot me an email & i can give you some tips.

  • i'm planning to buy the p90x but i'm 19 and did workouts before and like i want to try p90x but at the same time grow a couple of inches more. Im 5'9". I was wonderinf if the exercises of p90x help flexibility and prevent how weights slow growing.

  • what is p90x???

  • guess i missed your'e comment - sorry! p90x is an extreme home fitness program that will get you great results in 90 days, depending on where your fitness level is when you start. email me if you have more quetions.

  • You look like an action movie star. That's fucking awesome. Can't wait to bring it.

  • I'm watching you, Manny. You better be bringin' it......cause I am....

  • dude, i just checked out your vids - the pug is adorable! i have a black one, akc, named ruby who's 4. they're the best, so funny. i'm about to "watch" my x's fawn that's 6 weeks old. hope it doesn't get in the way while i bring it! how far into the x are you?

  • Today is day 4, YOGA-X!! I REALLY enjoyed Yoga X, so far my favorite of all the excersizes, right behind Ab Ripper X. I'm trying to GAIN weight with this program, and as crazy as it sounds, I'm filling out very quicky. I mean - I had abs BEFORE I started the program, but now, my stomach is getting that shredded look, and the lower abs are peeking through. ON DAY 4!!! So, I've been following the diet to a T - a little more food than I'm used to, but I absolutely love it! BRING IT!!!

  • hey i ordered p90x too, to try and gain some weight hows it working our for you?

  • I saw a video of yours on youtube. You and I have basically the same body structure. Acoording to how you "bring it", you should have no problem putting on some muscle mass. I am. End of week two, I feel great, no energy loss, no bonking during sets, my nutrition is going great, haven't skipped a meal, no cheating. I'm noticing the most change in my shoulders, legs and biceps. Also, as one of my other comments states, my abs are getting SHREDDED. Lemme know when you start!

  • nice job man

  • thanx!

  • you just do what's best for you. if you're strugglin, get it to where you can make it thru to where you're happy. if its only half way, set your goal to hit a little farther next time. i do the opposite but either will work. i did arx this am & will do my res w/o when i get home tonight. i'm just not awake enough in the am to sling weights around. :)

  • It's not that I'm trying to slack, I just don't have the strength and endurance to keep up with the people on the dvd right now ^_^. Do you think it's okay on workout days, to do 1 cd in the morning and then do the ab ripper x in the afternoon / night?

  • thanks for the response Jeff. i finally started today and feel amazing. my injuries did not bother me so guess i'll see as the training goes. nice to know your willing to help me out with this. thank you 1 day down 89 to go

  • congrats on day! you'll discover that as you go thru the week, that next week & week 3 are just repeats of this. so be encouraged!

let me know how i can help.

  • Great results! Today is my 6 day of P90X. i have been reading the comments and your responses and i have seen that you are a coach. If you can let me know how you can become mine, it would be amazing. I feel that with the support from someone like you would really give me motivation and the right approach to get results like yours.

  • hey, just contact me thru here & i'll ask you some questions to see what you've done/gotten so far. i'd be glad to help!

  • quick question. how about fiber like beans or milk for calcium? should i be consuming that? potatos, rice, and bread...lots/little?

i don't have a great diet i just make sure that i try to drink as little as possible and eat healthy. i don't eat fast food AT ALL. hopefully someone can get back to me :)

  • sweet potatoes, whole wheat bread & whole grain rice are fine. i'd do them earlier in the day. the later/closer to bedtime it gets, the more i switch to protein type stuff.

do you already have p90x? do you have a coach? let me know if you need more help.

  • I'm only 24 and I swear we have the same exact body type / shape at your before pictures. First things first, congratulations man I can only imagine how much confidence you've gained through your hard work and effort. Now, if you could answer if you stuck to the P90X plan step for step or did anything out of the ordinary to get those results? Was the after pics really only after 90 days? I guess I need some motivation and guidance and hope you can give me some tips from your experiance ^_^

  • hey brother, thanx for the cudos & let me encourage you - YES, that was 90 days. it works. and YES, i followed the plan exactly. i did the "portion plan" afa diet b/c they have meals or you pick what you wanna eat from a list & make up your own. that was easier for me. my 2-4th rounds have added other stuff but the 1st time - do it exactly as written & u won't be disappointed. click on my link above to get more info & if u order thru me, i'll be ur coach. there was hope for me @ 39, ur only 24:)

  • i thought i answered this, but don't see it, sorry! yes, i stuck w/ the plan the whole way. day 120 is when i saw the biggest difference. but be sure to take your b4 & after pix, they'll motivate you.

did you already order p90x? do you have a coach? just let me know how i can help!

  • Yeah you did answer before, I've just been busy with other things and haven't been on youtube in a couple days now. I do already have the P90X program and I'm on day 2 ^_^. I also took my before pics because I want people to believe my results when I achieve them. I don't have a coach and if you're willing to help, i'm more than willing to listen. I noticed on the first 2 days now that I burn out about 1/2 way through the routines and kinda slack my way through to the end.

  • Hey, my buddy gave me the p90X program but somehow I lost the workout guide. I think it flew out of my topless jeep on the way home. Can anyone give me the order of the workouts I am supposed to be doing?

  • shoot me an email thru here & i can give it to you. won't fit here.

  • great results im hoping i can do the same. just wondering if you had any injuries before you started? i recently bought P90X and ive been dying to start but i have a few injuries and im affraid i won't b able to do it. my left shoulder dislocates, i got a broken toe and my kness were banged up from a motorcycle accident almost 2 years ago. im ok just alot of everyday aches and pains

  • no, didn't have any injuries. the word that comes to mind is to modify. get it & for the things you can't do, there are alternatives. dont' let that stop you. i've heard from others that the yoga & stretch dvd's help recover from injuries... depending on how severe they are. do you have a coach already? if not, let me know. i'd be glad to help.

  • Awesome progress, Jeff! You are a god amongst men for patiently answering so many questions too. Spread the love, dude! Peace!

  • I just ordered it today man.... I was a College Football recruit so obviously i was in pretty good shape... I decided not to take a scholarship and just to take classes so i havent been threw as much pyshical stuff... I still worked out....That is till finals...LOL then came Grandma's Christmas... hahaha Im just a lil outta shape Id say my playing weight was 6'3 232 and now im 6'3 260...My question is do u get Bigger? Like everyone i have seen looks more Tone.. Any big bulk?

  • sounds like you'd already have a good handle on it. most folks slim down first & then add bulk. i've grown my biceps from 14 - 15.5" in a year & i'm 40. i'm more bulky now than these after pix. its just a process. if you do 6-8 reps, where the last 3 are killin you & you take the proper recovery stuff after, you'll bulk up. if i get to rep #9, i add more wgt nxt time. do you have a coach they assigned you? i didn't see where you were put w/ me, just curious. bring it! :)

  • No i wasnt assigned a coach.... I dont understand what u mean when u say coach...oh and thanks for the advice

  • What kind of dumbbells should I get? Would just a pair of 20s work you think if I have resistance bands and a pull up bar too? Or should I go for more or less weight? Thanks!

  • its better if you can have a set of db's b/c so many of the exercises require different wgt. some shoulder stuff i only use 5 or 10 - 20 would be too much. but 20 might not be enough on some curls or others. if you can swing it, i'd recommend the bowflex selecttechs. i've used them since i started in 9/07 & love them. 5-52.5 lbs. res bands would be good as long as you max out @ 6-8 reps. go to my link @ the top to browse thru the team beachbody products b/c they have some great stuff too.

  • Do you think that smokers can benefit from this?

  • sure, i think you might get out of breath quicker, depending on how long you've smoked for. and you might just give it up too! :) i think anyone can benefit b/c its a total body transformation program. check out my link in the description for more details on the program.

  • I'm 18 years old weighing in at 150 lbs and stand at 5'11". I'm pretty small and skinny obviously and I'm thinking about trying p90x. I see a lot of people using this for weight loss, but I'm trying to build strength and gain muscle. Can p90x still help me do this, and get me in way better shape? Thank you.

  • yes! you have the advantage that most people would love to have - you don't have to spend mos losing any weight! i spent the first round/90 mos trying to shed 25 lbs! i've spent most of this past year muscling up. so IF you follow the program & lift heavy - where you max out @ 6-8 reps - you'll build muscle. i was 155 @ 6 til my late 20's, then got lazy & fattened up. i wish i'd have done this @ 18!! :) check out my link at the top for more info & feel free to email me.

  • nice work. I've done the program last year and I was doing the phase 2 program until my girlfriend got me the p90x plus. Only one word can describe it "WOW!!" you should try it, its rediculious

  • oh yeah, i got + a year ago when it first came out. matter o fact, i did total body + last night... i'm hurting today! keep bringin it brother!

  • what was your starting weight and what is it now

  • 195 when i first started & all of 2008 til today its still 173. my pant size has gone down to 29" waist though so that means that while i've lost more "fat weight" for the pants to shrink, i've gained more muscle weight to maintain the same weight. i was pretty excited!

Thank you.

  • i was wondering if the work outs were pretty tough for you when you first started? i find myself having a hard time finishing the work outs.

  • definetly! but hang in there, they get easier... kind of. :) my #'s now match what the folks in the video's do afa reps. so i'm happy w/ that. on the cardio type ones, sometimes i'll just go for 1/2 of the dvd to save time if i'm in a crunch. ala the heart rate is up & down, i'm happy. keep bringing it! do you have a coach thru beachbody?

  • big muscles but u still need to work on them abs

  • they're much better now, that part 2 of the video were pis taken on 01/21/2008, almost a year ago. thanx!

  • Awesome results man. Wow..

  • thanx, i appreciate it!

  • what i wanna know is, how much did your drumming stamina improve because of p90x?

can you double bass for like an hour now?

  • actually, it has increased. i play in 2 blues/rock bands & i'd been playing in one for 2 mos when i started. half way thru p90x i noticed from week to week that i was able to do better w/ less effort. its a "real life" program, meaning that it improves all areas of your physical world.

afa db - i don't get much chance to do it in those bands, although i do indulge... but let's just say that "hot for teacher" by van halen is MUCH easier to do now. :)

  • stamina is definitely up! i'm in 2 blues/rock bands so i don't get to do alot of double kick work, although i do occasionaly induldge :). BUT, "hot for teacher" is not nearly as challenging stamina-wise as it used to be!

  • wow, that's funny, never been told that one b4! :) you should ask my kids that, they call the first ones my "fat pictures". no, i'm still about 6 ft, and i shaved. thanx though!! :)

  • ...and did you color your hair or are they just badly taken the first pictures:-P. maybe you should have taken the pictures up close?!

  • so im guessin a case of beer a week isnt in the nutrition program.. that sucks

  • no, doesn't really fit into the program if you wanna see good results. :)

  • Awesome results man, I am starting tomorrow, can't wait!!! One question though, nutrition plan puts me at level 3 or 3,000 calories a day (I'm 225 lbs) That sure seems like a lot of calories when trying to cut weight. Did you follow the nutrition plan exactly??? I am guessing I need to just trust that the program works.

  • I want to say that when you're doing intense workouts like this one your body will require the calories to keep you going. Still I'm sure its not 3000 calories from McD's that would be good for the body or the workout.

  • mcds for calories?? are you insane

with all the crabs and 60grams of fat

    hell no!

  • That is my point as well.

  • his face changed too, thats messed up, he doesnt even look like the same guy

  • He shaved.

  • Most people have a goatee or some facial hair to hide the fat in their face! (e.g. a double chin) so it's totally understandable that you wouldn't need a stupid goatee when your face is slim and looking great! :)

  • thanx! :) yeah, i got tired of it. i was told that i look alot younger w/o it.

  • Hey Jeff well done on the results. Was wondering if they tell you to use any creatine and protein shakes and stuff to use with the workout? I'm waiting for my dvd's to get here next week cant wait to give it a go.

  • It is never a requirement to use creatine, protein shakes or any other supplement. This program will work regardless if you eat right and follow the dieting program that comes with the videos. The use of supplements however can substantially increase your results on top of the dieting and workout routines.
