I believe she didn't resin her shoes well enough. Of course dancing on pointeis slippery anyway with satin tipped shoes. Although your never supposed to wear brand new shoes to dance a full ballet. They need to be broken in at least a little. The soles have to be made a bit plyable so you can really show that arch.

Its all about the recovery, and what you do after the fall. She covered it up really well and kept dancing excellent (as usual), making you forget it happened. The floor looks extremely slippery.
