Every vocalist starts somewhere, and the more you work at it, the better you'll be. Don't fret, and try not to be nervous (it'll constrict your v. chords) Think of something that makes you feel the way the song you're singing is about, and sing from your heart. Even if you don't hit every note, it'll sound better than someone with no emotion at all. Express and have fun!
