It's acctually the First ALICE,Meiko,who killed both Rin and Len.Ichi means 1 in Japanese,and the phrase not only says "Ichi ban Arisu" but also,loads of videos explain much better than the one with Len looking coldly at Rin

lol! It's ok. Also, I tend to be like my mom;straight upforward tell-you-the-exact-truth kinda person.
