The commander messed up a few times... I remember she messed up when she gave the command "Rear March" The Platoon did it but she did a right flank. I dont know who was wrong but that was ugly. And when she called counter column she was supposed to go around with them instead of just going into mark time march. I'm PFC Javonte McBride (Sophomore) telling your commander how to lead a platoon and she's a commander!! wow

Man what can i say, they really need work. No need for the stomping. The guide really needs some work. The Plt commander does not do the movements with the platoon. They face the platoon when commanding. The Plt commander needs to practice commanding. If your going to command Marine Corps style learn how to do it. Do not stomp. It needs to be a snap and pop motion. Slow down the cadence. Also if you are going to command Marine Corps at least try to drill like them.

There are two ways to present arms with a guidon. The one done here is also useful so you don't have to make a huge movement just to salute an officer you meet while walking with the guidon.
