  • need to go ten inches lower ...and squat back...use your hips...not your knees

  • You really need to get waaay lower than that. I would rather use less weight and get to parallel, than use more and not. Impressive though.

  • this is really good strength, but you must go a little bit deeper, not much, and your left knee buckled abit need to be careful with that, well its 3kg more than my max squat and im a 17 year old male haha.

  • Your thighs and shins are supposed to break a 90 degree angle. You need to get a lot lower. This was an incomplete squat.
