I like Sasha Baron Cohen for his work, but this is really too much. That said, I have no clue why David Letterman would get sued. The reason was, that he showed the clip without fact checking. If someone is responsible for the fact checking, it's Sasha Baron Cohen and the studio distributing the movie. Is Letterman supposed to fact check every movie for his comedy show?

I hope Ayman Abu Aita gets his name cleared, and get some compensation from the people responsible for making these claims.

I am a Palestinian Jordanian, and you won't believe how offensive this is in our culture, maybe in your culture this is not such an offensive thing to do and its just something funny. But in our culture the first thing that tops everything is dignity and honor. Sacha Cohen is an asshole and he deserves to pay for his fault and apologize for this man.
