I think it's in the debug room. You need a save game editor to load to it.

@xDAYZiix Its by using a gameshark i forgot the name but it takes u too a room of every single character in the game and u talked to them and they can take u too any part of the game u want

I don't get the foul language and the cheaters thing, I think this is pretty funny and cool - how did you do it? I see alot of vids which hack into the game, must be fun to make your own versions of scenes and stuff
