It's not their fault, that they have kids.
First of all, some people actually WANT a family, and consider children a blessing. I'm pretty sure than many american familes want children as much as they do. And two, I don't think they have condoms. It doesn't matter that they might not know how to farm, the soil is probably pretty damn poor, and they don't have a whole sack of pizza seeds or chicken seeds.
