Well apparently it's a tram, not a hover bus. But even so I can see where you'd think it was a hover bus. I've seen trams and this one sits really really low so I didn't even notice it at first. If you've never seen one I could definitely understand.

Though in theory (even though I know it isn't) it could be a monorail tram, which technically hover, a whole inch or less, above its rail. Which was my first guess after reading it was a tram. Then I saw someone saw wheels. So meh.

it is a tram in the city of Okayama, where i live. the logo on the side, "MOMO", is a nickname for this trainset. "momo" means "peach" in Japanese (and also a cute nickname for a girl), and Okayama is famous for peach production. this car (type9200) is made by technology transfer from Bombardier (Canada). btw, let's have some sense of humor lol

Looks like a hover bus with the extra low clearance but the wheels are underneath, I guess the makers wanted it to look high tech. Someday we will have hover cars and antigrav boosters b/c id love an antigrav jetpack then id fly around, so much fun.
