This is my fourth HTC and the best one yet. Except for the usual glare in sunlight, the screen is wonderful. The device is very responsive, has all the features I could possible want and I love the form factor. These 4+ inches phones I keep seeing these days are too big for my taste.

Dude, it is a total miracle that you actually go into some the apps and widgets to show how they work. Cant belive how many reviewers show the home screen and what the widgets look like.... They end up providing no more info than you would get from screenshots. +1 for a real review

I have the silver edition HTC Desire and i'm really happy with my smartphone. It is truely an iphone killer. I don't say that the iphone is bad. I just think that the iphone is an overpriced and overhyped phone. Also too bad that the iphone has that notorius deathgrip issue which drops calls. Steve jobs is a liar to say that phones are not perfect and says all other phones have deathgrip issues too. That is NOT true. My HTC desire does not drop calls if you hold it in your left hand or otherwise
