(Part3)On the contrary, some of the pictures, which were claimed to have been taken at the time of the massacre, have never indicated the date, the places, and the names of photographers. Also, some of them are showing the entirely different things, and others are forged ones. In addition, no one watched the smoke rise from the 6000 burning dead bodies every day.
(Part2)The false claim saying that an average 6,000 citizens of Nanking were slaughtered a day and the remains were burnt by kerosene within and near such a narrow city as Nanking, the area of which is about ten times as large as Central Park in New York, is absolutely incompatible with what these photos and films show.
(Part1)There are photos, which obviously show restoration of order in the Safety Zone immediately after the seizure of Nanking, and also the documentary films which show the Chinese citizens rushing to get ID cards. These photos and films are made by the trustworthy sources, and coincided with the witness of over 100 Japanese correspondents dispatched to Nanking then.
@undertakerRach Trust worthy sources? Please enlighten us so I can cite them for my next research, because as it stands there are not to many. You can find more information on bigfoot then what your asking. For your info I just did a search of my universities library to find something that would support your arguement. Ive gone through every book, article, e article, appendix or ebook available and can't find anything your talking about. These would be called respected sources.
@bluntmankrz you still didn't answer anything about your fallacies of logic. If anything you just made some more. Nice copy and paste. Learn to answer a question, or admit your wrong.
(Part2)The majority of women were raped and some were brutally killed. Only around 60 Japanese civilians survived, but much of the city was destroyed in the fighting. This massacre was occurred in July 1937, which means before the so-called Nanking Massacre. How much Chinese killing way of the Tungchow Mutiny is similar to the so-called Nanking Massacre?
The Nanking Massacre was born from Chinese imaginations and created by Kuomintang of China.
(Part1)The Tungchow Mutiny (Chinese: 通州事件) was an assault on Japanese civilians and troops by East Hopei Army in Tungchow, China on 29 July 1937. Shortly after the Marco Polo Bridge Incident that marked the official beginning of the Second Sino-Japanese War. 250 civilian residents of Tungchow were killed in the uprising (predominantly Japanese reserves, including police and ethnic Korean-Japanese).
I can't believe what China said. Even the official conference about the Nanking Massacre research, Chinese historians showed their collections as evidence of the massacre. The photographs, which Chinese showed are known to be fabricated, or from different areas and different times, continue to be used to "prove" Japanese guilt in the winter of 1937-38 at Nanjing
@undertakerRach You do realise there were many thousands of people of other nationalities living in Nanking, who witnessed the massacre, right? Germans, British, French, American, Russian....are they all lying too, hmm?
@undertakerRach Just some of them John Rabe (Nazi-German), Lewis S.C Smythe (American), Rev John Magee (American), Minnie Vautrin (American), Dr Wilson and Dr Trimme just to name a few.
@bluntmankrz (Part1)John Rabe was a member of international Safety Zone Committee in Nanking. Many Chinese people said he was a witness of the Nanking Massacre with confidence. However, he had never witnessed even one case of murder. In spite of that, he sent many reports to Hitler and wrote the stories to his diary. In fact, his diary and reports to Germany were written different number of victims. Why?
@bluntmankrz (Part2)For Fear of counter objections, he reported to the Japanese authorities in Nanking city the number of casualties to be 49 based on some extent of reliable information. But on the other hand, to journalists, German diplomats and A. Hitler who were all absent in Nanking, he reported figures with an enormous difference, as if no less than tens of thousands civilians had been killed by Japanese troops. Why did Rabe make a false report of the massacre to Hitler?
@ (Part3)According to German historian Gerhard Krebs, the reason was based on power politics in his German homeland. “Defeated and depressed in World War I, Germany knew that china was a significant trade partner. Particularly Chiang Kai-shek, who was fighting against the CCP, needed a large number of weapons, while Germany was able to import raw materials that were indispensable for the postwar reconstruction.” The Sino-Japanese War forced Germany to reconsider its foreign policy toward China.
@bluntmankrz (Part4)The Japanese government repeatedly demanded that Germany stop the export of weapons to Japan's enemy Chiang Kai-shek. As the result, Hitler decided to take advantage of containment against the Soviet Union by promoting strong relationship with Japan. Germany refrained from exporting weapons to the Chiang Kai-shek. (In fact, it was in l940 when Germany reached an agreement with Japan.)There were someone strongly resisted the change of policy taken by Hitler.
@bluntmankrz (Part5)They were Von Falkenhausen, the head of the military advisory group in China, and Rabe, who represented an interest of Siemens in the Chinese munitions industry as a pro-Chinese group. Rabe exaggerated the Japanese Army’s atrocities and requested Hitler to reconsider the alliance with Japan. Rabe's anti-Japanese reports had been thought suspicious since then.
@bluntmankrz (Part6)Moreover, P. Scharfienberg, the secretary general of the German Embassy to China, who returned to Nanking city on January 9, tried to investigate the fact about 'Japanese Army's atrocities Rabe reported' by himself, and wrote to the German Embassy at Hankow on February 10: “He [Rabe] is still actively trying to counter the bloody excesses of Japanese looters, which have unfortunately increased of late.
@bluntmankrz (Part7)To my mind, this should not concern us Germans, particularly since one can clearly see that the Chinese, once left to depend solely on the Japanese, immediately fraternize. And as for all these excesses, one hears only one side of it, after all.” That report is called untrustworthy story after people defined the fact.
@bluntmankrz (Part8)Minnie Vautrin, a professor at the college, wrote 100 girls were raped by Japanese soldiers in her diary on Dec 16, 1937. Also, John Rabe, the leader of the Nanking Safety Zone, wrote in 17th that 1,000 women and girls are said to have been raped last night. James McCallum, a medical doctor in Nanking, wrote about rape crimes in his diary in 19th. However, these cases of rape were what these Westerners heard about from Chinese people.
@bluntmankrz (Part9)About two weeks later, as mentioned in the New York Times on January 4, 1938, Vautrin and other Ginling College professors got to know that the Chinese officers harbored by them had repeatedly raped in the Nanking Safety Zone and then blamed Japanese soldiers for their attacks. The New York Times reported, “(the) American professors…were seriously embarrassed to discover (it).” So would Rabe and McCallum have been.
@ (Part10)In February, as the Osaka Asahi Shinbun reported, the Japanese military arrested eleven hiding Chinese soldiers who had committed numerous atrocities in Nanking, speaking Japanese and wearing counterfeit of Japanese translator's armband to pose as Japanese. After they were caught, conspicuous cases of rape, looting and other atrocities did not take place. The Chinese have accused Japan about the rape crimes during the war. However, these crimes were definitely caused by the Chinese.
@bluntmankrz■(Part11)It was clearly proved by their testimonies at the IMTFE that no committee members had witnessed 'illegal murders by Japanese soldiers at all. O. Wilson, who made many testimonies as to atrocities, did admit that all of his testimonies were hearsay. Magee, who lived with Bates and worked for the Safety Zone Committee, testified that he had just eye-witnessed only one case.
@bluntmankrz (Part12)As a matter of fact, neither Rabe nor other westerners of the Safety Zone Committee members, who might have been able to walk around freely in the city with Nazi Swastika armband on, had ever witnessed illegal murders by Japanese soldiers during six weeks.
So, who were the witnesses about the Nanking Massacre?
@undertakerRach (part 1)I want to know how there could be Chinese soldier doing the killing, when as you say the 20,000 deaths were all the Chinese soldiers?
@bluntmankrz (Part1) The so-called 'Nanking Massacre' is the case wherein 300,000 people of Nanking city and the captives have been alleged to have been murdered during the six weeks occupation period under the Japanese Army, from December 13 immediately after the fall of Nanking through the beginning of February of 1938. Where 300,000 of dead bodies were? Let's look at the statistics.
@undertakerRach (Part 1) I never said 300,000 died. I personally don't believe every word out of their mouth. I said am massacre happaned. The definition of "massacre" is "The act or an instance of killing a large number of humans indiscriminately and cruelly". And you said tell me the witness well I did. They number in the thousand and even the Japanese media admitted it happened after they had the muzzle taken off. Im talking about Imai Masatake, Adachi Kazuo and Suzuki Jiro.
@undertakerRach (Part 2) How can you say all of Rabe diary is a lie, and then use his diary as proof that they could only bury 200 a day. Thats another fallacy of logic, your cherry picking your facts. So ask your babysitter for a logic book next time you start reading history. Your arguement is consistently drawn towards stupidity by your failures in using even casual logic for your arguements. If Rabe is a liar like you say he is, dont use him to support your facts.
@undertakerRach (Part 3) Because if you are using him to support your facts. The opposite can be said about using the REST of his book to use for supporting the massacre. So then Rabes account would be as valid as Minnie Vautrins, Rev Magee (who you even admitted saw one case of brutality) Dr Wilsons, Dr Tremmers, ), Lewis S.C Smythe, McCallum. Furthermore it would be corroberated by the accounts of Masatake Imai, Adachi Kazuo, Moriyama Yoshio and Jiro Suzuki, all japanese.
@undertakerRach (Part 4) So in closing go get a logic book, your arguements always contain way to many fallacies. Your arguement would be way stronger if you understood what that meant. After all that go read some history, but not only one side. Me I dont need a babysitter, I spend my time getting history degrees. You on the other hand......maybe a babysitter and a critical thinking class.
@undertakerRach (Part 5) And for the record I believe a number closer to Smythes number of dead and missing. But that does not change the fact something happened and numerous people can testify to that. INCLUDING members of the JAPANESE media who were THERE.
@bluntmankrz (Part2)The Chinese postwar investigation, which has claims Japanese killed 300,000 people in Nanking Massacre, has presented the following two groups of evidences to prove the victims of more than 300,000:
1 Burial records of 150,000 corpses by the Advance Benevolence Society and the Red Swastika Society.
2 Chinese testimonies of the eleven cases to verify the murder of 190,000 people. In here, let’s look at the number 1 which shows 150,000 corpses.
@ (Part3)All the activities that the Advance Benevolence Society was involved were provision of clothes, relief of widows, and nurture. Burial was not included. According to Nanking compiled by ICHIKI (published by Japan Business and Industry Institution, Nanking Office, 1941), the Advance Benevolence Society suspended its activities from December 1937 to August 1938. There existed no proof showing that the Advance Benevolence Society was written in 1946, nine years after the incident.
@bluntmankrz (Part4)Why has the Chinese presented the Advance Benevolence Society for evidence? No matter what, they wanted the massacre was occurred by the Japanese, so they presented the wrong evidence? What did the Red Swastika Society report? To the Tokyo Trial, a record was submitted that the company buried 42,000 corpses, but the accuracy of its record could be doubtful. A Japanese man whose name was Maruyama testified, "The number of burials per day was at most 200.”
@bluntmankrz (Part5) Rabe also wrote in his diary dated on Feb 15, "Until now, 200 bodies were buried a day. (The Good Man of Nanking P197) The company was capable of burying an average of 180 a day. About 5,000 were buried in end of February. In March, burials per day increased in number because the Japanese gave extra charge each corpse to workers and 5 trucks, so the number of burials per day increased by from 600 to 800.
@bluntmankrz (Part6)The same number could be found in the report dated on March 4, addressed to the Foreign Office in Germany by Georg Rosen. At this time, however, a serious issue happened. Having padding the number of buried corpses in order to gain more wages, the Red Swastika Society reported on their activities. As of the end of February, 5,000 were reported, and on March 15, the figure mounted to 31,791.
@bluntmankrz (Part7)It was calculated that they had buried 26,000 in fifteen days. In other words, 1,700 a day had to be disposed. Japanese soldiers knew the Chinese were lying. However, the Japanese paid money to them because they didn’t want to have any troubles. What was the actual figure of burials? The total number would be from 10,400 to 12,400.
@bluntmankrz (Part8)This figure could almost coincide with that appeared in The Nanking City government general condition (edited by the Nanking Secret Service) which read that 9,364 were buried in the period of from January 1938 to April. Based on the facts stated so far, the actual burials made by the Red Swastika Society were around 10,000, so that the identify of corpses could be assumed to be the war dead of the Chinese Army.
@bluntmankrz (Part9)The Battle of Nanking, p.351. Battle of Nanking Editorial Committee estimates that Chinese soldiers were killed in action with 12,366 from December 4 to 12 evening, based on the Nanking Garrison Battle Report. Chinese government presented the Burial records of 150,000 corpses by the Advance Benevolence Society and the Red Swastika Society to the Tokyo Trial.
@bluntmankrz (Part10)So, can you believe the reports? Where were 300,000 of Chinese civilians’ dead bodies? The Nanking Massacre really occurred? The battle of the Nanking was a conventional warfare.
You don't know anything about the massacre. I am not your baby sitter. You should learn first and write your comments.
@undertakerRach (part 2) your acting like everyone was killed. People survived and have told what they witnessed. GOOD and BAD. You just fallacied yourself No commitee members
@undertakerRach witnessed anything? But um dont get me wrong wouldnt Magee one eye witness acount count? To say they witnessed none now would be complete stupidity after you just
@undertakerRach Oh the witness to the massacres were even the Japanese media who was there, but effectivly had a media gag on them that prevented anything bad from being published about the Japanese at the time. They could only print anti Chinese propoganda or face imprisonment. Masatake Imai, Adachi Kazuo, Moriyama Yoshio and Jiro Suzuki specifically. Masatake Imai witnessed 400-500 Chinese being gunned down outside his Tokyo Asahi news office.
@neverfearchrisishere Our Biowarfare projects primarily consisted of tests with Coxiella. The 7th day Adventists that were infected did so on a voluntary basis. They chose to sign up for the trials to serve their country.
@curlyfm And after The nuclear bombs were dropped (on civilians) American medical units rushed there... they refused to allow any treatment to any of the survivors - instead cataloging as the injuries and radiation poisoning went unchecked
Japanese atrocities of WW2 included 3 to 10 million murdered, human experimentation, use of chemical weapons, torture of prisoners of war, cannibalism, forced labour, rape and comfort women and government organised looting (Kin no yuri).
@undertakerRach physical evidence? witnesses? how did you know that American dropped the atomic bomb on japan, when maybe its the japanese people killing themselves due to a lack of resources? In history, nothing can be proven 100% and you have to use your "logic" to figure out what has hapened, which is somethng that you have shown to not have.
@darrens888 (Part1)The atomic bombs story is not related to the fake of Nanking Massacre story.
After the U.S dropped two atomic bombs, they visited Japan for taking scientific research. Therefore, the result of the atomic bombs and the number of victims were purely accurate. However, about the Nanking Massacre, which Chinese government has been claiming since 1937, there were no witnesses; not only that some foreigners were paid by KMT, and they wrote faked news topics and books.
@darrens888 (Part2) The Nanking Massacre was a false story. How can Japanese admit the wrong history such as the Nanking Massacre? No evidence of the Nanking Massacre. The Nanking population was increased after Japan controlled the city. Many witnesses confessed they had not watched any crime scenes about Nanking Massacre.
@undertakerRach Of course it increased retard. Thats what I put in my 9 part post for your dumbass. ANYTIME IN HISTORY AFTER the majority of the fighting is done people move back. IF you understood demographics and WAR you would understand this. This ALWAYS happens. From the burning or Rome 2000 years ago to the burning of Warsaw. People move back. It doesn't mean nothing happened. That is a huge logical fallacy and it makes your arguement retarded.
@darrens888 (Part3)Chinese government reported the documents written on the number of dead bodies were 20,000, which number was the same number of Chinese soldiers. Also China fabricated 143 pictures of the Nanking Massacre. Moreover, China paid some foreigners to write false stories in newspaper articles and a book. Chinese victims couldn’t receive any medical treatment for they had no money.
@darrens888 (Part4) Chinese injured wanted to get treatments in hospital and Chiang Kai-shek wanted to have many victims who were hurt by the Japanese because Chiang wanted to appeal the Japanese false brutally acts to the world. Chiang wanted the Chinese people to say they were injured by the Japanese. That’s why; the Chinese claimed “we were injured by Japanese.
How can people believe the massacre was caused by Japanese?
(Part2)Moreover, China paid some foreigners to write false stories in newspaper articles and a book. Chinese victims couldn’t receive any medical treatment for they had no money. Chinese injured wanted to get treatments in hospital and Chiang Kai-shek wanted to have many victims who were hurt by the Japanese because Chiang wanted to appeal the Japanese false brutally acts to the world.

Chinese government reported the documents written on the number of dead bodies were 20,000, which number was the same number of Chinese soldiers. Also China fabricated 143 pictures of the Nanking Massacre.
Do you know the fact that the Nanking city was controlled by Chinese government after the Japanese occupied the city? The Reformed Government of the Republic of China (Chinese: 中華民國維新政府) was a Chinese provisional government protected by Japan that existed from 1938 to 1940. 梁鴻志,温宗尭,陳群,陳籙,陳錦濤,王子恵,江洪杰,陳則民,任援道,許修直,朱履龢,高冠吾 and 傅筱庵 controlled the Nanking city until 1940.
@undertakerRach (Part 1) What proof is there it was a false report Rabe wrote? Have you even read all 300 pages of his book? Or did you just copy and past that? Because if you did read it you would know he has criticism AND praise for their actions in his diary. The key word is AND. Do you understand what the word AND means? At one point IF you read it, again key word IF. At one point he speaks of being threatened on by the Japanese into giving positive reports of their actions and another
@undertakerRach (Part 2) he thanks them for not bombing him. Now carefully read and study the WHOLE diary and numerous other accounts that are available and enlighten me why Rabe, Lewis S.C Smythe, Rev John Magee, Minnie Vautrin, Dr Wilson and Dr Trimmer would ALL be lying about what happened and what about the similarities between the atrocities they scene and in some cases treated the people who suffered them. These individuals were all from different places in the world, with nothing tying
@undertakerRach (Part 3) to China, or what happened. In the study of history these accounts would be considered valuable accounts or "primary sources" of information for researchers and teachers alike to cite in their works. Me and millions of other academics would cite these people in research of a given event because they represent a broad spectrum of knowledge due to their similar and different experiences. They are primary sources, we would cite them. You I would not cite in any historical,
@undertakerRach (Part 4) psychological, sociological or political work I were to EVER write. But Rabe on the other hand, anyone with a post secondary education would know he could be used as a primary source of information. He was there and recorded it, thats why they call it a primary source of information. How could he not witness it if he was there setting up the safety zone? Did he close his eyes or was it one big scary nightmare? Were you there and if so whats your primary account of what
@undertakerRach (Part 5) happened? Was it recorded after the fact? Or are you almost 100, senile and living your own fantasy? Personally me and millions of other academics would take the word of the primary sources over that of yours. Your account wouldn't be worth the ink we would use to print it or the bandwidth that it would take to send to a reputable journal. Have you written anything that has been peer reviewed and published? What primary accounts have you written? Most likely your just
@undertakerRach (Part 6) can only be a "secondary source" of information because you were most likely not there and are just using secondary data for your analysis. I invite you to go to school to learn the difference between the sources, thats another topic. While primary sources are not always perfect they do help a great deal in the understand and analysis of any situation. As a rule of thumb primary accounts are usually more reliable then psychotic nationalistic overtones. I suppose all
@undertakerRach those westerners were lying for the sake of the argument, whatever. I also suppose the Rev John Magees video he shot of survivors was shot in Hollywood with aliens dressed as Chinese people. Oh and for the possible argument the population rose after the Japanese took the city. Of course it did! Anyone who understands war and demographics can tell you the same thing would have happened. It doesn't take a monkey brain to figure out, its simply logic. People return to stability,
@undertakerRach (Part 8) after they feel the worst is over. Which is usually the period of the battle for a city. This Always happens. From the fall of Rome to the fall of Warsaw, people move back and rebuild. Saying nothing happened because the population rose is a FALLACY of LOGIC. Specifically its a fallacy of the "argument of ignorance". The population after an event does not mean nothing bad happened. Furthermore much of your argument is Fallacy of Logic. Chiang Kai-sheks need for German
@undertakerRach (Part 9) weapons has absolutely no connection or correlation to the actions of the Japanese soldiers in Nanking. NONE. They are two independent events that have absolutely NO correlation, your using DEEPLY flawed logic. Also when P Scharfienberg visited a MONTH later, of course what Rabe would have complained about would not have been there. Thats simple criminology. Your arguement is full of "cherry picking fallacies", "Hasty generalizations" and "kettle logic". Keep studying.
(Part2)Moreover, China paid some foreigners to write false stories in newspaper articles and a book. Chinese victims couldn’t receive any medical treatment for they had no money. @undertakerRach Im assuming you don't think much happened? Although he was a Nazi trying to stop it have you read John Rabes diary? He was there and witnessed pretty much everything.
@bluntmankrz ■(Part1)John Rabe was a member of international Safety Zone Committee in Nanking. Many Chinese people said he was a witness of the Nanking Massacre with confidence. You should study first and write comments. You said, "have you read John Rabe's diary" ha? I want to ask you so!
(Part2)As far as I could work it out, at least 4,600 to 18,400 Chinese women should have become pregnant after a set period of time. Furthermore, the big baby boom should have taken place in Nanking 10 months after the fall of Nanking. Have you heard 4.600 of Japanese and Chinese mixed parentage babies were born in China?
■(Part1)Here is a data of The Rape of Berlin, which was happened in the summer of 1945, Soviet soldiers caught many German women for raping, and massacred so many German civilians. The pregnancy rate of The Rape of Berlin was 23%. And then Chinese government has been accusing 20,000 to 80,000 of Chinese women were raped by Japanese soldiers.
japan to this day still refuses to apologise for any attrocities they committed in the last century,a reletive of mine was a prisoner by them, brutal is not the word.bad karma coming there way,and so be it! MONSTERS
@1poorsod most people think,or i shouldnt say most but some,"america more than others" is because america has a higher degree of accountability and more is expected of them than some others so when they do fuck up,its treated like a bigger deal.but hey,we should all be brothers by now

(Part2)Smythe investigated the population with the help of many Chinese staffs on February 1938. He wrote a report which shows the population of Nanking was 250,000 or 270,000 as of the end of March 1938. Furthermore, The Nanking City Administrative Office of the Nanking Restoration Government, which was established on March 28, 1938, registered 277,000 inhabitants. Japanese soldiers killed 300,000 Chinese people in Nanking city? I don't want to hear Chinese people stories which they hope.
@undertakerRach haha i was laughing so hard.. when i heard japan had an earthquake that blew up their nuclear plants creating nuclear radiation all over the country.. serves them right..
@darrens888 (Part1)Nuclear plants story is not related to the false story of Nanking Massacre.

Always Chinese people wrote just bad bards here, but they can't write any conclusive evidence about the massacre. Even Chinese historians are doing the same way as you.
The U.S. National Archives (Maryland) disclosed some 100,000 pages of classified documents regarding the germ researches conducted by the former Japanese military in Manchuria. Some Chinese specialists were involved in the translation and analyses of Japanese materials as the members of the project team (The Sankei, January 18, 2007).
"Mr. Drea admits to some disappointment that smoking guns on Japanese war crimes did not turn up, especially when compared with documents on Nazi crimes that have led to new conclusions on what American officials knew about the Holocaust.
'To be honest, I'd hoped we'd find something,' Mr. Drea says.
'That's the historian's dream: fresh information that illuminates a dark problem. It just wasn't there.'"

BTW, the 2 atomic bombs dropped over the innocent civilians of Hiroshima and Nagasaki were the largest scale of human experiments ever attempted in history. After the war, a large bunch of American scientists and researchers came over here to investigate the effects of the bombs in a wide range of aspects.
@milonganuova but the war ended and they didn't have to kill everyone on the island. Did you know the slogan of the Japanese government at the time was "100 million die proudly"? Don't believe me read Hiroshima Diaries, all first person Japanese accounts of the event as it occurred and the events leading up to it.
@TheThechows (Part1)Atomic bombs story is not related to the false story of Nanking.
The Nanking Massacre was a created story by China because no witnesses, no dead bodies, and no official documents.
According to Summary report on the Investigation of Japanese war crimes committed in Nanking, prepared by the Procurator of the District Court in Nanking,to prepare for the IMTFE, the KMT set up the Nanking Investigation Committee for Antagonists Crime on November 7, 1945, ///
@T (Part2)and appealed to the Chinese public to report Japanese Army's crimes. It was reported, however, that few responded to the crimes committed by Japanese Army and some refused to testify or to deny the massacre occurred when they were asked for details. Then, the KMT reluctantly submitted the tentative report to the IMTFE on January 20, 1946. Except for one testimony made by a man named Lu Su, no other evidence of massacre by the Japanese Army was available, besides burial records.
(Part1)John Rabe, the Safety Zone Committee (TSZC) member, wrote in his diary in Dec 10, when the Nanking battle began, the Nanking population was 200,000. TSZC described in the Document No.9 dated in Dec 17, "On the 13th when the Japanese entered the city, we had nearly all the civilian population in the Safety Zone, so the number 200,000 is no doubt. TSZC documents read that in January 1938 the population was 250,000.
(Part4)Two American reporters were also victims because they were cheated by China. One will note that the Chinese Communist Party today has a section that performs the same functions. Needless to say, a recently created database of various contemporary sources on the alleged Japanese atrocities substantiated that most cases of murder recorded by these sources were hearsays.
@sol3a1 (Part1)Many Koreans have accused Japan of receiving much terrible treatment to Korean people by an old Japanese government during the war. Of course there are few war experienced people. Many Koreans who have claimed have not had any experience of the Pacific War. In other words they have only learned war history of modern Korea which started the year of 1900. However, their complaints about war issues are related to Japan were wrong.
@sol3a1 (Part2)They claimed that Japan dominated Korean people during the war, and so on. However, these stories have no conclusive evidence. Are their criticisms true? If they want to get right information about the war history between Japan and Korea, they can get many facts from internet or books these days. Nevertheless, they have been maintaining and attacking Japan’s old acts in Korea since the World War II finished. This is very strange.
@sol3a1 (Part3)In fact their stories are wrong for three reasons. I want to give you the three facts about history between Korea and Japan. First of all I would like to explain about the Japan-Korea Annexation. The Iljinhoe (一進会) was a nation-wide pro-Japan organization in Korea. The party thought that Korea could not develop capitalism on its own, and demanded a merger with the Japanese Empire.
@s(Part4)Meanwhile, Japan needed to defend itself from Western countries such as Soviet, so the newly modernized Meiji government of Japan turned to Korea because various Western countries actively competed for influence, trade, goods, and territory in East Asia in the late 19th and early 20th century. On 22 Aug 1910, Japan effectively annexed Korea with the Japan-Korea Annexation Treaty signed by Lee Wan-Yong, Prime Minister of Korea. However, Korean people said Japan occupied Korea forcedly.
@sol3a1 (Part5)Secondly, Korea has claimed that they suffered by old Japanese government, but Japan established the infrastructure actually. In fact Korea was a very poor country in the early of the 19th century; so many foreigners said Korea was entirely unsanitary. The Japanese government created transportation infrastructure and official buildings such as schools, hospitals and post offices, and so on. Koreans extended their lives span in deed.
@sol3a1 (Part6)However, Koreans have not learned the fact in schools under the political reasons. Finally, I want to show you the data of participation of military and some facts after the war finished. Japan and Korea started only a volunteer military system in 1938. Korean military participation ★1939 Applicants 12,348 Accepted 613 ★1940 Applicants 84,443 Accepted 3,060 ★1941 Applicants 144,743 Accepted 3,208 ★1942 Applicants 254,273 Accepted 4,077 ★1943 Applicants 303,294 Accepted 6,300
@sol3a1 (Part7)洪思翊, Hong Sa Ik, he was Korean, who was Lieutenant General of Japanese Imperial Army. 朴春琴, Park Chun-geum was a member of House of Representatives in Tokyo. A seat in the House of Representatives was an elective post. He was elected twice from his district in Tokyo. Many Korean men joined the Japanese Imperial Army, and some Korean experts supported their countries because Korea was the same country as Japan, but they did not pay any postwar reparations to Asian countries.
@sol3a1 (Part8)Not only this, Korea received Japan’s oversea assets which were in Korea and 8 hundred million dollars as war reparations from Japan in 1965. In conclusion, Koreans accusations are completely incorrect for these reasons. Therefore what they say is an absurd story.
(Part3)This book was written about the Nanking Massacre. Tell the truth, Timperley wasn’t in Nanking city at the period. Bates and George Fitch submitted material for "What War Means". Timperly’s What War Means contains a “Memorandum” by an anonymous writer, whose real identity was Bates. This “Memorandum” says that the record of burial activities inside and outside the Nanking walls was a solid proof of the killing of 40,000 unarmed people, of whom non-combatants comprised nearly 30 percent.
(Part2)Bates’s own record says that he handed his “report” to an American correspondent who was on his way to Shanghai from Nanking prior to the latter’s departure. The “report” by Bates had a striking resemblance to the articles published by A. Steel and Tillman Darden. Recent research shows that the contents of Bates’ “report” are far from truthful. Not only this, Bates gave reports to Harold Timperley who wrote "What War Means".
(Part1)I know the two articles by Tillman Darden in New York Times on December 18 and A. Steel in Chicago Daily News on December 15. However, these stories were untrustworthy for these reasons. Rev. Miner Searle Bates, a famous Christian missionary who taught at the University of Nanking and a safety zone committee member, was an advisor to the Ministry of Information of China according to a contemporary newspaper article.
Japanese denies they did this during ww2, many people in Japan don't ever know it happened because they never been taught in school. There are so many evidence prove they did it but they still denies it.
Some foreigners wrote the Japanese rape stories in documents during the war. However, these cases were what these Westerners heard about from the Chinese. After Minnie Vautrin wrote it, Chinese officers were caught by police for rape crimes. This story was written in an article of the New York Times on January 4, 1938. After they were caught, conspicuous cases of rape, looting and other atrocities did not take place. Therefore, these crimes were definitely caused by the Chinese.
@undertakerRach "Some foreigners wrote the Japanese rape stories in documents" Like the German Rabe? A Nazi whose government was allied with Japan at the time in Nanking?
@sol3a1 No. Tillman Darden, Rev. Miner Searle Bates, and Harold Timperley wrote the rape story in book and articles. However, they were paid by Chinese goverment for propaganda. In fact, the Nanking Massacre was created by Chinese goivernment for appeal for asking help China to the U.S.
These days Chinese government has used the fake of Nanking story for hiding their human rights problem from civilians.

However, he had never witnessed even one case of murder. In spite of that, he sent many reports to Hitler and wrote the stories to his diary. In fact, his diary and reports to Germany were written different number of victims. Why?
undertakerRach 3 days ago
@bluntmankrz (Part2)For Fear of counter objections, he reported to the Japanese authorities in Nanking city the number of casualties to be 49 based on some extent of reliable information. But on the other hand, to journalists, German diplomats and A. Hitler who were all absent in Nanking, he reported figures with an enormous difference, as if no less than tens of thousands civilians had been killed by Japanese troops. Why did Rabe make a false report of the massacre to Hitler?
undertakerRach 3 days ago
@ (Part3)According to German historian Gerhard Krebs, the reason was based on power politics in his German homeland. “Defeated and depressed in World War I, Germany knew that china was a significant trade partner. Particularly Chiang Kai-shek, who was fighting against the CCP, needed a large number of weapons, while Germany was able to import raw materials that were indispensable for the postwar reconstruction.” The Sino-Japanese War forced Germany to reconsider its foreign policy toward China.

Where 300,000 of dead bodies were? Let's look at the statistics.

@undertakerRach (Part 3) Because if you are using him to support your facts. The opposite can be said about using the REST of his book to use for supporting the massacre. 1 Burial records of 150,000 corpses by the Advance Benevolence Society and the Red Swastika Society.
2 Chinese testimonies of the eleven cases to verify the murder of 190,000 people. In here, let’s look at the number 1 which shows 150,000 corpses.
undertakerRach 3 days ago

According to Nanking compiled by ICHIKI (published by Japan Business and Industry Institution, Nanking Office, 1941), the Advance Benevolence Society suspended its activities from December 1937 to August 1938. There existed no proof showing that the Advance Benevolence Society was written in 1946, nine years after the incident.
undertakerRach 3 days ago
@bluntmankrz (Part4)Why has the Chinese presented the Advance Benevolence Society for evidence? No matter what, they wanted the massacre was occurred by the Japanese, so they presented the wrong evidence? What did the Red Swastika Society report? To the Tokyo Trial, a record was submitted that the company buried 42,000 corpses, but the accuracy of its record could be doubtful. A Japanese man whose name was Maruyama testified, "The number of burials per day was at most 200.”

@bluntmankrz (Part6)The same number could be found in the report dated on March 4, addressed to the Foreign Office in Germany by Georg Rosen. At this time, however, a serious issue happened. As of the end of February, 5,000 were reported, and on March 15, the figure mounted to 31,791.

The party thought that Korea could not develop capitalism on its own, and demanded a merger with the Japanese Empire.
undertakerRach 2 weeks ago

The Japanese government created transportation infrastructure and official buildings such as schools, hospitals and post offices, and so on. Koreans extended their lives span in deed.
