Curse of Darkness and lament of innocence is really apples to oranges...LOI is much more like the "big map" castlevanias while incorporating a great deal more old school belmont stuff in it. and then you have COD which is more like the old school linear games but incorporates newer games combat system of many different weapons and combos for them, plus the familiar system

Besides The hard mode and Trevor,It has a Very Descripted Music Choice and also the Devil Soul Thing made the game Alot Easier by 40%

this game reminds me a hell of a lot like chaos legion, similar battle ideas, layout, progression through the game, only chaos legion was a lot shorter i think. but still a good game. i'll be looking for this in the game store, there's bound to be second hand ones (hopefully, all i find is racing and football junk)
