I was dying to complete the Esper gaining mission to open another part to Henne mines !!

I didn't beat Ultima coz she's a bit too strong for my level which is 87 and I'm without Tournesol but have ultima blade , zodiark spear and Excalibur !!

wow when i got to him before the fight on basch ashe and vaan i put protect haste shell bravery faith berserk and bubble and i kept killing his helpers with 9999 damage then near the end (30 seconds later) he used disablega O_o

ended up killing him with quickenings :P

thank you, finally a guide worth a shit. every single one i've read online either left an important detail out or didn't tell me how to get to the center area. i know visuals help a lot but my god the written guides have been absolutely usless. thanks again for being the only fucking person who seems capable of making a coherent guide on how to get to this esper.

around lvl ??? can you beat this esper? my characters is around 43-46. ^^

Cuchulainn is a lvl 45, I believe. You should be fine though, as long as you are equipped with powerful weapons.

Make sure to kill off the Foobars around Cuchulainn, then focus on the big guy.

Oh! He likes to cast Disable and Immobilize, so as long as you have a counter for this you should be well on your way to gaining this Esper.

They should have put this stuff on the strategy guide, but I guess they overlooked that with this esper.
