My favorites would have to be vectors, the sharingan (all its powers) and the dragon fist of souichiro nagi from tenjou tenge, too bad it only shows its true potential in the manga, but it has the ability to steal the powers from anyone (the person will no longer have the power and souichiro keeps it and in the manga he had gained over 3000 powers!)

I have to say lelouch (from Code Geass) has the most useful power. The death note is definitely the most dangerous power though.

#1- Theres no way to connect you to the deaths, the stupidest thing Light did was at the beginning of the serious (trying to kill L the first time he saw him on television, dumbest move ever)

#2- No matter how strong your opponent is or what abilities they have, they will die if you write their name in the death note.

One piece is the king of anime, its shows the true bonds of love and nakama and it has great battle scenes. Bleach was awesome but now.... it's got a bit boring TBH. Naruto is great, probably second to one piece overall in anime but definitely I would say Naruto is a better manga read at the moment. DBZ is legendary but its not that amazing tbh. Fairy Tail is an amazing anime which I love atm and I'd say its probably doing better than bleach and also Hunter x Hunter and Beezlebub :)
