It clearly shows that the "right" folks that live in the "right" area never have to play by the rules that everyone else does. I would suggest this Christmas season that you shop online, or at the other two malls and avoid putting a penny in Betsy and Stacy Cowles pockets. They are not responsible citizens and never deserved the moneys that were swept under the door to them. If they can't afford a project of the magnitude of RPS, then they should have left it alone.
