i think the first 2 mins of the track have quite clear and easy to follow beat.

youll hear it if you listen closely.the track is about 130 bpm @ 4/4 id say.

many idm tracks have beats like you em from other genres but there are other samples used.bassdrums and hats are flipped with fizzes and noises,snares become clicks and strings become buzzes.

the layers of alle the samples often change rapidly and the triggering is like a snare fill an open hat or a crash.
