2. Guitar slightly out of tune - enough to be bothersome.

3. Needs to tone down the English accent somewhat, esp. with her regional dialect. It's "in and out", and that's not good.

4. She's young with loads of potential and a voice and presence that can handle the duty. Listen to the phrasing at the end, for example - doesn't miss a note or get pitchy.

5. She'll only get better, and with those crazy good looks as an added advantage, she'll go places.
