The issue I have is whether the student was reacting and responding in a threatening manner enough to require the taser, or whether he was willing to comply, but the officers overstepped their authority and tased him unjustly. If he was acting like an ass, then yes, he's going to get tased, for better or worse. It's simple; comply, answer the questions, and you're good. Don't and you get this...
