  • Kobe prime right here.

  • yao!

  • i just thinked bout this if kobe was a in the ncaa the chance of him being a lakers would have been very slim

  • 6:34 ... airball.. ALLEY OOP KOBEEE

  • kwame caught a lob what the hell did hell freeze over for a second

  • Yao has some pretty good accuracy

  • where is t-mac?

  • people forget how fast kobe was... when his legs were godlike.. he could blow past anyone..

  • @880330145789 shit look at how fast his 1st step still is when he dunked on derrick rose

  • The best scorer in the history of the NBA. Period

  • @filahohi Nah...dat honnor belongs to Mr. Jordan.

  • @SWAGGAMAN2192 mj couldnt score like kobe he just got lucky goin to a team where there were no superstars and he could be the man out of the gate and kobe had to wait 4 years

  • @thug8200 Yea yea I cant argue wit dat cuz if Kobe never had Shaq who knows wat his legacy would be right now. Maybe better than Jordan.

  • @SWAGGAMAN2192 yeah i still think there even kobe has him in skill and mj in athleticism

  • @thug8200 It's not called being lucky. It's called being a prospect. The better you are, the higher your position, the higher your position, the worst the team that will pick u will be. That's how the draft works.

  • @AJVersatility19 nah how do you explain kwame brown then?

  • @thug8200 Believe it or not Kwame Brown was a popular HS prospect.

  • @AJVersatility19 i know but he really should have went to college

  • @2010raquan that's why i support that 1 year of post high school experience thing. Because these HS players need to be on a REAL team. Whether it be in college or overseas. Being in HS doesn't help many players, unless they're the LeBron type who got the size and strength to be in the league, and even so you can't really evaluate how someone will do in the NBA from watching their HS games. There are exceptions, but EVERYONE benefits from College ball for at least a year.

  • @AJVersatility19 and wat if kobe went to college? i bet you kobe would have learned that its a team game and kobe and shaq would have never had a feud.

  • @2010raquan Um, no.

  • @EdibleLeaf UM, YES.

  • @2010raquan So with your logic you are telling me that everyplayer in the NBA that went to college, found out it was a team game there. So they never ballhogged, they were always fine with the role they play on the team.

  • @EdibleLeaf what im saying is that kobe would have been a little more team oriented in his early stages of his career if he would have went to college.

  • @2010raquan I can agree witht hat

  • lol kwame was gettin raped by Yao

  • whoah kwame could play? 0_o LOL.

  • yao was dickin kwame week ass

  • yao vs. kwame?! yeeaaahhhhh riggghhhhtttttt.

  • how is lebron better than kobe again?

  • @streethustla24 because hes not. kobe is the best ever hands down

  • i want to see yao and kobe play on the same team

  • too bad tmac wasnt there to answer him... now that would have been really entertaining

  • this 2005-2006 kobe was in a whole new level

  • he should have won mvp at least 4 times not only 1. He was clearly the best that decade. Kevin garnett is second along with tim duncan. Kobe is a legend. In my opinion he is the second best of all time and if he wins 2 more titles he will be the greatest player ever. peace

  • nobody's better than kobe, he's the best mano y mano, not even lebron or dwyane wade can match up with him when he's playing like this. still the best in the nba!

  • the ability to just take over in a single quarter and give that team a double digit lead so quickly... dragging them to the playoffs in the tough western conference, how did he NOT win mvp?

  • robbed off MVPs two years in a row.

  • dnt worry bout it guys kobes stil guna be with us for at least 9 more years !! thats a long time !!

  • Who can stop №8?

    NOBODY!

  • nice dunk to start it off

    0:25

  • wow..sometimes i catch myself being used to his game, but wow..as time goes by..this Kobe right here would HUMILIATE ANYONE one on one..sht he could take on Mj and Magic at the same time and probably win..seriously this man is is up there as one of the best ever and he is not done yet that's what's scary.

he did lose a step or two as he got older, but it's still so easy for him to score against anyone still..he is a phenomenal player we are spoiled to watch him when he is gone it won't be same.

  • kobe shot at 1:53 ... study that move yo... catch and shoot turnaround fade... unstoppable... classic kobe!

  • and again at 2:44

  • rip Yao's career

  • cannot be stopped!

  • Kobe and Yao were just unbelievable that game... it's like a fadeaway contest at the beginning

and Kobe can still do all these moves. he hasn't lost anything !

  • Damn, he really has lost a step.

  • lmao thats funny he aint lose a step he just doesnt have to work as hard

  • Nah man, he's getting old. Bryant is my favorite player, but I'm not going to deny the fact that he's 30. He's too skilled of a player to be stopped even at this age though.

  • kobe was more deserving for mvp in 05-06 then in 07-08, but the team record matters

  • I was watching this game back then.. I got used to kobe doing this. Meh. Kobe 40 points is like 30 points for him. 50 is like 40 points for him. 60 points is like wow. but in him its 50 points.

  • Bill Walton lol

"Give the ball to Kobe Bryant and GET OUT OF THE WAY" HAHA

Kobe got robbed of MVP 5 times: 02-03, 03-04(No problem with KG getting it), 05-06, 06-07, and this year.

  • lol get off kobe's nuts, no way he deserved the mvp those seasons

  • The hell he didn't. He played his ass off those years. And that's the truth.

  • lakers lost last night to the rockets.

  • Summer League games don't mean much

  • he is good. But i dont know why he his FG % is not as beautiful as other shooters.

He takes a lot of shots man.

  • well he has someone on him all the time and gets double teamed

  • and triple teamed...

  • exactly.

  • How many shooting guards, WHO ARE ACTUALLY PRIME TIME SCORERS, have a better shooting %?? Ray Allen shoots pretty good %s and Wade is another but give me some more. At least a few more.KB's shot is underrated as hell, not to mention, the fact he played with a f*cked up shooting hand ALL YEAR.That's not d*ck rider talks, these are FACTS, bro. His % is 46 for his CAREER, but I will take Kobe's jumpshot now, over any year in his career, outside of 2005-06 and 2006-07.. with a jacked up hand.

  • pure intellegence bro

  • kwame, walton, smush, cook... THE WORST TEAM EVER. ----> Playoffs in WEST. 45 wins. 7 games in 1º round.

    KOBE LEGEND.

  • @Salva46 that was impresive but he did not get much credit i mean suns had a very great team who knows how far lakers would've been if they beat suns cause suns had to go past clippers who aren't even that good compared to lakers and than they got beat by dallas 4-2 who went to the finals thats really good

  • @oliverrainman damn tim thomas!! damn triple...

  • wonderful

  • kobes best year ...... just unstoppable.

  • he still can do all that

  • No doubt.

I wonder what Magic and Jack Nicholson are thinking when they're watching this.

  • kobe should've won the mvp that season

  • yup

  • Yeah he should've won more MVP's but he came in second again and again and again.

  • in 2003-2004 too

  • @8cali94 they didnt win 50 games , scoring doesn't win m.v.p's

  • kobe at his prime bein wasted on a bs team
