I'm sorry but i have 2 diasagree. Reason she didn't turn up last time was that she was double booked. Janice's agency booked her for something else & it was okd by Paul.

Paul told the runway ppl who misread the email & later apologised since the mistake was on their part.

Janice has always been really harsh 2 Erin who has always seemed performed well. Even when Janice is being unreasonable Erin has remained calm.

She can't help when the plane lands, fact is she got there asap.
