Looks tasty! I'm in weight loss mode so I usually do the muscle milk light shakes (20 grams of protein and 160 cals) after my weight training sessions.
@JenniMiddled Yes this shake is not meant for weight loss. I am bit of a hardgainer so i dont really need to worry so much about my fat intake. Its the protein that is more important for me with this shake. I dont compete in bodybuilding or anything i just try and say in shape the best i can. There are gonna be many ppl ripping my shake to shreads but like i said it works best for me........Thanks for watchin jenni

35 or 40 gr shakes seem to be the best for uptake of all and excreed of nothing (pee)
