  • Lol why are you guys discussing even?

This guy his wing chun sucks , thrust me 80% of all people out there who claim to be real wing chun masters are pure Wannabe's , maybe some had trained with real wing chun masters and left after a few years thinking that they have mastered wing chun.

If you want to know real wing chun then Google : Victor Kan , and look at the family tree On his site , i bet those people know real wing chun.

  • Thank you master Wong but you do not say when to stop doing that exercise and move on to the next video how much/times should we do it then watch the next vid????????????????

  • @awesomekpopguy1010 Keep doing it until you understand/master it.

  • if he moves the tows first and than he moves the hole legg i will know when he wanna punch me and i will do something about it. dont move you fets first and than the boddy look att his feets they are moving side to side, he has to move them straight forward ahh what evver someone take his belt plz..

  • @robin8815 what are you going to do, look at his feet the whole time?

  • GOOD

  • i will see you in your mother's bed hahaha xD

  • KARATE CHOP!!!

  • Like an internal martial art. Like bagua zhang.

  • @138mws So far I see alot of angled stances and though I know they work well in Korean martial arts I was wondering if you ever square up against an opponent since Wing Chun is better know for its punching techniques?

  • thank you for making this free :D

  • What types of shoes does master Wong use?

  • @robin8815 do you really have a black belt in jujitsu or are you just shit talkin

  • thanks for all, master Wong... your videos help me to learn more about fight and myself, help what I learn in meditation using CHi Kung. Thank you very much, and success to continue your good wok.

  • Remember to explain to relax... A tensed hand will not move as quick as a relaxed one! Allow your body weight to centre itself as you move in the way explained. Each time you move forward, push your centre of gravity ahead, rather than thinking in terms of moving your body as a whole!

  • LOL i have the black belt in JUJITSU and you are moving you feets wrong every time you are going to take a stepp your aponent can know then you are moving you feets becuse you move your feet on the side and then you take the step .

  • @robin8815 and this is not Jujitsu lol

  • @robin8815

    dude it's a different system.

  • @robin8815 Are you a retard?Cant' you read? The title says "Wing Chun lesson" not Jujitsu

  • @robin8815 you're so stupid.this is chinese wing chun dumbass

  • you can do this in reverse as well if someone is coming in attack and you are defending.

  • you are true sifu, thanks for the video

    best regards

  • @philisteins but he kills you in 1 hit, believe me ;)

  • @philisteins you dissin' his accent? Try his language fag

  • no one is going to teach you wing chun in youtube like mw he is a real master, safe mw

  • I'm gonna make another account just to subscribe again, I can't believe this is free

  • @Meeyaad what is free u mean YouTube

  • Master.wong ,musch thanks indeed, this is truly very helpful :)

    mes merci .master.wong

  • remember all the weight should be on the back leg 70% on the back leg and 30 on the front or nothing at all follow his teqhnicues they are very useful

  • for interpretation much thanks :)

yes,it is very useful and helpful indeed,i watched many on youtube ,but i only found his vid the best ones .

  • im finding this complicated as master wong does two movements with his feet when he brings his back leg forward, is this a bad habit or are we all supposed to do that little shift with the foot after the first movement?

  • I think he does it to more center his balance. When you do it, it is to get your legs where they are not too far apart, so I would say to do it.

  • @gemini222ify

this is so the weight is still mainly over the back leg, if the weight is over the front leg you will not be able to spring forwards easily.

  • It might not be a bad habit. Notice that the shift with his leg is to essentially open up that side (changing the angle of his front foot so that it is no longer pointing directly forward) to facilitate a better step forward with his back foot. This creates a stronger end stance.

I think it may be a bad habit that the movement is relatively large (that is, visible or obvious) so we may want to try and make that a little smaller.

  • and then again..

  • thx man you realy help me thx alot

  • arigatou goisamasu xd

  • and then again...and then again...ha ha

  • Great lessons!!!

  • yeahh these steps reminds me Donnie Yen Ip man (2008) when fighting with the northern master, donnie did something like that

  • n mad respect to master wong 4 even doing this for free on youtube these are things i could have only dream of when i was younger.

  • good but w/ respect- u see when he goes fast and when he steps he jerks bak ..not good u want to be flowng straight that jerk for one shows the enemy what ur going to do n second waste valuable time and only perfect practice makes perfect. ;)

  • no....welcome to youtube

  • Maybe you talk english better tahn him, but about martial arts you are an ignorant.

  • Master Wong,

I stumbled upon your You Tube videos by accident after watching some Josh Waitzkin videos about philosophy and Tai Chi.

I am very grateful that you have uploaded all these wonderful videos. I have wanted to learn Wing Chun for a long time, having gone for a trial lesson before but, unfortunately I am unemployed and could not afford it.

To have your videos has really inspired me. Although I can't get your direct input to my training, it is still better than nothing.

    Many thanks.

  • Good videos - thank you, really! (PS. Got to love the "zchiz particular excercicei"!) :)))

  • lol

  • this is the best excercise out of all of them :) if you know what i mean...

  • Wing chun is based around the philosophy that the fastest point between two places is in a straight line, so for speed your attacking hand should always be forward, closest to your opponent, power can still be developed through using your body.

  • strongest hands and legs should always be at the back.. i think this is the "confuse the opponent" technique.

  • why? ..what if you don't happen to have your strong hand back when someone attacks you?

  • you won't be using your full strength

  • that doesnt mean you shouldnt learn to fight both ways. and you will be using your full strength, strength has nothing to do with which hand is forward. your front hand will always be doing most of the work, blocking, and striking, which is why Bruce Lee always recommended that a persons strong side be forward

  • "on this particular excersise" :)

  • Master Wong will be posting Wing Chun lessons up on you tube everyday. He has already posted 18 lessons! If you have any questions that you would like answered on your own training, Master Wong will reply to it by video response so look out for it. Master Wong will gladly answer them if asked at an appropriate manner and are a sensible question to help with their training. This is a free training service Master Wong supplies in the hope of reaching those who want to train & learn.
