Wow! You really have talent, because playing this song by ear and on a keyboard instead of a piano really requires a lot of talent! Congratulations! You should definitely study some music...it's in your soul!
Quite beautiful!! and can I say you play with so much more expression and emotion than many "music readers'' I know. Love the sound of your Korg too. Thanks so much for sharing this.
Nice 1 mate.very moving.I used to play this when i was learning, but forgot over the years how wonderful it was and to play it from memory...fantastic!.for all the movie buffs out there,it was also the music on Misery, before she breaks his ankles! nice! well done. FEZ
that was actually really nice playing. thanks for the obnoxious comment. i was attempting to sell it when i was going through a financial hardship. GFYourself, but keep playin piano, enjoyed the piece.
Very nice. I've a question, i'm a beginner, I see that you start playing with your right hand "G C D#", and I've seen people that play "G# C# E". So the question is Who is the original? Thanks!! You play beautifull!
You play well, but did you choose to play it in a different key? I only ask because classical players and purists alike (thank goodness I'm not one) tend not to change anything about classical music like. Regardless of that it sounded excellent, keep up the good work.
Thanks for your comment. No, I didn't choose to play it in a different key. The recording I learned it from (I play by ear), was actually in the wrong key..so for a long time I actually thought this was the correct key. Just another disadvantage of being unable to read sheet music hehe.
Very good men, one question: Elevate you the tone of his melody in one or two octaves? And another question your piano are a Yamaha dgx 220? sorry for my english I'm from spain and my level in english lenguage are terrible.
wonderfully played adleast you dont play the song fast like others when its surposed to be played slowly like you have done ^^ congrats

Nice, the original is in C sharp minor, so yeah it's obvious you learned it by ear, or at least transcribed it.

Have you learned this by ear? If the answer is yes, I take off my hat

Thanks. Yes, completely by ear. I would listen to a recording every day while travelling to work, so when it came to learn it wasn't so difficult.

It's the correct octave, but 1 semitone down from the original. The synth is a Korg Triton Studio.
