I do think that this is the best season of AusNTM because in other cycles, the would get rid of girls based on what they look like, regardless the photo. They do make some mistakes, but this is by far the best one.
I don't know who pics those pictures, but it looks like they keep picking the worst pics of the shoot. Something really wrong here. Cassi did amazing at the shoot and was even told so by the photographer and look what picture they dragged out. I noticed that a lot with those photo shoot pictures and girls get eliminated wrongly.
I'm so sick of everyone saying Clare is 'so perfect it's scary' she had a bad photo this week! she did bad on some of the challenges, Clare is really good and well put together, but that's no reason to hate on her.

@xiguiox I couldn't agree more. I mean, Cassi only takes a good photo every once in a while, not every single time. Do they even watch the footage of the girls after every show? One would think they'd take a look and see that Cassi makes a horrible impression on the audience and doesn't want this as bad as the other girls do.

weird editing - they had the deliberation in Australia (well, because Sarah and the judges didn't fly to London, the set looked like the one in Australia, and Sarah opened up the deliberation with, "Welcome girls from an amazing trip to London." Yet.... Adele was packing her things at the hotel in London? Did she fly back to London just to pack her bags?
@jaynehanson i think once they go on the overseas trip they come back and stay in a hotel for the last week - adele was shown packing in the sheraton in sydney.
@darbinatot and america's next top model isn't biased? tyra chooses her favourite from the start and that girl always wins. i've strongly disagreed with every decision made about the winner from the 7th season onwards. they've all been sub-par, wishy washy choices. there is always an element of favouritism in these shows especially as they're about pleasing the rest of the country, but at least all the girls in the top 4 had potential, unlike the horrible girls ANTM has put through in the past.

It's kind of annoying how that same song plays eeeevery single time a girl gets eliminated, I can picture this fat editor dude on his computer shoving the "She lives in a different world" every single time the host calls out the other girl's name.

Okay, what the hell? This show is running on some sweet, sweet crack. It's such a pity. During the photoshoots the girls always get such VASTLY different critique then they get in panel. In panel, girls who were told they did bad have good photos, and those who were told they did good have bad photos! What the fuck is going on, I'm so confused. It's a shame, because the girls are so much prettier than the ones in the American version. The judging is crackery!
I don't get it. Cassi has no fashion sense, a terrible catwalk, a bad attitude, a million excuses for everything, hasn't won a single challenge, and doesn't really want to be there. But, she takes good photos, which is really the only good thing the judges can say about her, and has gotten her this far. So WHY then, when she has the worst photo of them all this week according to the judges, does she not even make the bottom two?

And yes she sucks at runway, but runways aren't the money makers, and she's young enough to learn. You can't learn new bone structure.
@MissJessyeNorman I thought this programme is to find the High Fashion model(s), and not any models that can fit in to catalogue photos. As far as I can remember, Cassie have never pulled any high fashion photos, like Adele, she did once during the Chanel photoshoot. so why is Cassie still there and eventually won the competition? hmmmm....
@maxxx1mus I think they are taking the long view, and aren't as worried about her performance during the show. Bone structure can't be taught, other things can. I think they believe she has the best bone structure for high fashion, and with proper mentoring she could be the next great find.

Yes she sucks with her attitude, temperament smoking etc. but she WAS born to be a model. She even turned down Elite NY and Priscilla's Model Management just for her boyfriend. However, things turned around. She is now signed with IMG Paris. Can you believe it? She has that much potential. That's why they kept her.

they ALWAYS elminate the wrong girl when its 4 girls left. cycle 3, they eliminated annika when it should be steph h, cycle 4 it should have been demelza when they cut caris. and now they cut adele when it should be cassi

Okay, what the hell? This show is running on some sweet, sweet crack. It's such a pity. During the photoshoots the girls always get such VASTLY different critique then they get in panel. In panel, girls who were told they did bad have good photos, and those who were told they did good have bad photos! What the fuck is going on, I'm so confused. It's a shame, because the girls are so much prettier than the ones in the American version. The judging is crackery!

I don't get it. Cassi has no fashion sense, a terrible catwalk, a bad attitude, a million excuses for everything, hasn't won a single challenge, and doesn't really want to be there. But, she takes good photos, which is really the only good thing the judges can say about her, and has gotten her this far. So WHY then, when she has the worst photo of them all this week according to the judges, does she not even make the bottom two?
There is something seriously wrong here.

GOD help them....most disturbing decision ever....claire also sucks...she has a look of emma watson...a childish look....anyways now cycle 6 even has finished...seriously americas next top model lacks in their photo shoots and its judge is fake and just want to give wins to ebony class...and australia's next top model has judging flaws....i have seen all seasons of this and it happens everytime, jusges chose their favourites before hand , whatever or how many times they get flawed....

Anyway, they did, in my opinion, make the correct choices for top four. For top three, i'm not sure. Cassi has a better look than Adelle, but she won't be able to work with that shit attitude. Who knows how they'll ultimately do in their careers. I think Clare will do the best, honestly. And Thanee would be a fab Victoria's Secret model.

I really really agree with you. And i thought i was the only one who abhors Cassi so much. She should have been eliminated when she had the worst pictures. It irritates me a lot. Or better yet, SHE IRRITATES ME A LOT.

@xiguiox Because the clients PAY FOR PICTURES THAT WILL MAKE THEM MONEY. I get what you don't like about it. The reality is that all these girls are beautiful, and so are tons of women who would never be considered "model material". But the fashion industry isn't about fairness or reality, it's about money! It certainly isn't about showing the beauty of different types of women. They want to sell to the largest audience...

They first convince the consumer that the she is lacking in some very important way, then they show her how their product will solve a bit of that inadequacy. How do they convince the largest group of women that they are inadequate? Show them they are ugly by defining beauty as something that is in reality unachievable...

Ah, but we weren't built like them, so we can never look like them. Which is what they planned on. They've gotta keep you chasing something that won't happen, so you keep buying. They don't want you to know you're beautiful, they think it would hurt their sales...

@xiguiox ...Cassie has the kind of bone structure that the fashion industry has defined as the height of beauty, it doesn't mean she's more beautiful than the other girls. It means that she can sell more because she fits into the pre-defined beauty model, can re-inforce the idea that women who don't look like her are ugly, and get them to BUY BUY BUY to fix it. And yes she sucks at runway, but runways aren't the money makers, and she's young enough to learn. You can't learn new bone structure.

As far as I can remember, Cassie have never pulled any high fashion photos, like Adele, she did once during the Chanel photoshoot. so why is Cassie still there and eventually won the competition? hmmmm....

@maxxx1mus I think they are taking the long view, and aren't as worried about her performance during the show. Bone structure can't be taught, other things can. I think they believe she has the best bone structure for high fashion, and with proper mentoring she could be the next great find.

@xiguiox The only reason why Cassi's still there is because the judges see a girl who can make a career out of modeling and who will be big in the fashion industry. Yes she sucks with her attitude, temperament smoking etc. but she WAS born to be a model. She even turned down Elite NY and Priscilla's Model Management just for her boyfriend. However, things turned around. She is now signed with IMG Paris. Can you believe it? She has that much potential. That's why they kept her.

yeah, I thought she should have gone further, but the judges kept saying she was wooden- but if you look at the catwalk today most models are'nt given the opportunity to show their personality anyway, that was more so in the 80s. look katarzyna up on you tube she's the openning model on quite a big cat walk show.
