DamnNamesake is absolutely correct. Not only did Rick create this "on the fly" whilst watching the video, after he finsihed, the director then said: "That was great!!! Now, let's get the tape rolling and we'll record this take !!!!" :P:P:P Wakeman has got to be one of the funniest human beings I have ever met; He's got such a natural talent for seeing the humor in everyday life and telling stories with killer timing. He wrote it. Although I'm sure he borrowed heavily from classical music.

I saw a dvd from wakeman and he said that he forgot to write the song for the film, and than the director called him to record in studio.
He created the song by watching the film and looking at the film at the same time.
