@dirtyminded604 Stop talking about things you have no clue about. I have never said she has not had cosmetic surgery, just look at her boobs. You need to learn the difference between COSMETIC surgery and PLASTIC surgery. Plastic surgery means reconstructive surgery. Jenna has had breast implants, nose job and possibly cheek implants. That does not change your face like that. Ask any cosmetic surgeon, you will still look like the same person, just with refined features.

Just because someone is attractive when they're young does not mean they will age well, that is based on intrinsic (biological) and extrinsic (environemental) aging. @boobsnexplosions To refine one's features, not to look like a different person. A nose job will make your nose slimmer and more 'neat', it can correct a broken nose or asymmetry. Surgeons are not miracle workers. It may be worthless to you, but it helps a lot of people. Why are you focusing on my nickname? Hahaha. Typical redneck. I've had a rhinoplasty myself, and there is a difference of course. I still look the same. A nose job alone can indeed make one's face look very different, especially when it comes to larger noses. But Jenna never had a large nose and it is not the cosmetic surgery that makes her look different. She has aged badly, plus the drugs.

@boobsnexplosions Jesus christ, learn to fucking read as well. There is a difference because the nose looks slimmer and neater, but it's still the SAME nose. It's just a nicer version of it. There is only so much a surgeon can do without having to break down the whole nose and build up a new one with cartilage from other places on the body. That is not normal at all and is not what Jenna had done to her nose. Look at old pictures of her, facial features are pretty much the same.

As I've explained probably 10+ times now, you can't change your nose so it looks like a completely new nose. Cosmetic surgery is not reconstructive surgery. @boobsnexplosions Very little of my nose was 'taken off', it's very similar to my pre-op nose. I did not need anything, rhinoplasty is something that has always interested me and nature is not perfect. The perfect nose to me is Angelina Jolie's nose, very few have a slim and sculpted nose like her naturally. You wouldn't notice if someone removed a freckle or even had a minor rhinoplasty, rhinoplasty does not mean noticeable difference. Most people see 'flaws' only themselves can see.
