yeh, rather like iberia i think, because i traveled with them in march from madrid to lima and it was so squashed that i had to put my hand baggage on the floor!!!! APPAULING!!! especially on a 12 HOUR FLIGHT!!!!
i dont think air transat lost your baggage dont you mean, the airport must of lost it and placed in on a different convayer belt that then led to a different plane?
I've had nothing but bad experiences with them. They lost our baggage, and when we got them back a week later about $500.00 worth of items were missing. The representatives of Air Transat at our resort just laughed at us instead of tracking our luggage down. We'd never recommend flying Air Transat...stick to Air Canada or Skyservice!
I've never flown Skyservice before, but I doubt it could be much worse than Air Transat. All around I wasn't impressed with the lack of service, limited legroom, and terrible in-flight entertainment of Air Transat. Their safety record isn't golden, either.
Then again, all airlines have their problems. I love Air Canada, but have had negative experiences with them before... It all matters on which employees you're dealing with, and what type of mood they're in!
Just to let you know, air transat change their cabin configuration to raise up space in economic class. Instead of 30 inch seat pitch, they put them on 32 inch. All a310 and a330 of AT got the cabin modification.
Air Transat are a bunch of scam artists. They steal extra money from you at the check while holding your boarding pass hostage. They made me pay an extra $300 for extra baggage. I brought the same baggaed with me yet onthe return flight it suddenly weighed more!!!!!!
The service is crap especially flying out of the UK. The staff are a blank faced, ignorant bunch of hicks.

Are you kidding me ? Skyservice is awful. I've had only good experiences with Air Transat like Air Canada. It's a nice airline.
